Legion Beta: Build 20740 Class Spell Changes Including Demon Hunter Abilities

This post encompasses all of the known class changes in Legion Beta--new talents, specialization abilities, and core abilities. We will be tidying the post up and reorganizing it as the night goes on, so keep checking back!

Havoc
:
When you kill a target that grants experience or honor, the target's soul will sometimes be shattered, leaving a Soul Fragment behind for 30 sec.
The Soul Fragment will be consumed when you approach it, healing you for 25% of maximum health.
If the Soul Fragment came from a Demon, you will deal 20% increased damage for 15 sec.

Strike all nearby enemies for (150% + 3 * 100%) Physical damage, and increase your Dodge chance by 100% for 1 sec.
:
Increases the damage of Fel Rush by 50%, and gain 25 Fury when Fel Rush damages at least one target.

Increases the duration of Eye Beam by 50%.

After using Vengeful Retreat, you generate 96 Fury over 6 sec.

Your autoattacks have a chance to deal additional Shadow damage and generate Fury.
Replaces Demon's Bite.

:
Engulf yourself in flames, instantly causing (140% of Attack power) Fire damage to nearby enemies and radiating (40% of Attack power) every sec for 5 sec.

Taunts the target to attack you, and increases threat that you generate against the target for 3 sec.

Transform to demon form for 10 sec, increasing current and maximum health by 30% and reducing damage taken by 30%.
While in demon form, Hateful Strike always generates a Soul Fragment.

Leap through the air toward a targeted location, slamming down with destructive force to deal (70% of Attack power) Fire damage to all enemies within 6 yards.
:
Place a Sigil of Silence at the target location that activates after 3 sec.
Silences all enemies affected by the sigil for 4 sec.

Place a Sigil of Inquisition at the target location that activates after 3 sec.
All enemies affected by the sigil are pulled to its center and are snared, reducing movement speed by 70% for until cancelled.

Carve off a piece of your target's soul, causing 350% Physical damage and spawning a Soul Fragment nearby.

Your tattoos reduces magical damage taken by 30%.
Also reduces the chance you will be critically hit by 6%, and reduces the chance for attacks to be parried by 3%.

Raise your blades, increasing your parry chance by 30% for 8 sec.

Reduces physical damage taken by 120% of your Parry chance.

An instant strike that causes 200% Physical damage and has a chance to spawn a Soul Fragment nearby.

A disease that deals Frost damage every 3 sec for 30 sec.21 sec. It erupts when the infected target dies, dealing 0 Shadow damage, split evenly between nearby enemies.
The disease also has a 30% chance to erupt each time it deals damage.

Affixes your weapon with a rune that causes 4%8% extra weapon damage as Frost damage and increases enemies' vulnerability to your Frost attacks by 2%, stacking up to 5 times. Modifying your rune weapon requires a Rune Forge in Ebon Hold.

Blood Plague
A disease that deals (47.3% of Attack power) Shadow damage and heals the caster for 1% of their maximum health every 3 sec for 30 sec.
:
Increases the magnitude of Death Strike critical heals by 50%.
:
Excess Runic Power consumed by Death Strike increases the potency of the heal effect by an additional 15%.
:
Your Defile or Death and Decay deals 25% more damage to targets infected by Blood Plague. You gain 50% increased healing from Blood Plague when standing in your Death and Decay.

Consume two Runes to generate 60 Runic Power.
:
Gain a charge of Bone Shield every second for 10 seconds.

Blood Plague
A disease that deals (47.3% of Attack power) Shadow damage and heals the caster for 1% of their maximum health every 3 sec for 30 sec.

If your Death Strike or Breath of Sindragosa would heal you past full health, you create a Blood Worm. Blood Worms explode if they aren't fed for 10 seconds or when you drop below 50% health, healing you for the total amount of excess healing.
:
Standing in your Death and Decay also causes Marrowrend to hit multiple targets. If Marrowrend hits at least 2 targets, an additional Bone Shield charge has a chance to be generated.
:
A disease that deals Shadow damage every 5 sec for until cancelled and heals the Death Knight for the same amount.
Frost
:
Frost Strike hits increases your melee attack speed by 25% for 3 sec seconds. Refreshing this effect extends its duration.

Killing Machine also causes your next Obliterate to deal an additional 30% damage as Frost damage.

Your autoattacks have a chance to cause you to radiate intense cold, inflicting Frost (30% of Attack power) damage on all nearby enemies.

Increases the chance for Obliterate to trigger Rime by 25%. Up to two charges of Killing Machine and Rime can be stored.

Whenever your Ghoul uses Claw, it exhales a gaseous cloud that damages nearby enemies for 6 seconds.

Festering Strike now applies 1 to 5 Festering Wounds. The Runic Power gain from triggering a Festering Wound is increased by 3.

Mark of Sindragosa causes you to be healed for 10% of spell damage dealt by afflicted enemies.When Breath of Sindragosa deals damage, you heal for 25% of all damage taken in the last 6 sec (minimum 3% of maximum health). Triggers Blood Shield.

Defiles the ground targeted by the Death Knight. Every 1 sec, if there are any enemies standing in the Defile, it deals (36.63%33.3% of Attack power) Shadowfrost damage to them, and grows in radius and damage by 2.5%.
Enemies standing in your Defile deal 10% less damage to you.

Level 60, down from 90. 1 min cooldown, down from 2. Corrupts the ground in a 8 yard radius beneath the Death Knight for 10 sec. While standing in this corruption, the Death Knight is immune to roots, snares, and effects that cause loss of control.This ability instantly removes such effects when activated.
