Agatha is super annoying, i mean the adds empower her. I'm a 905 fury warrior with all my BiS gear/legendaries and i could only get her to 60% after 10 minutes because i was focusing adds and ranging her so i had time to bandage myself. I had lust, old war, Heroic Draught of Souls, and everything i need to do top line damage and she still threw an oil tanker at me to one shot me when i came back, 136M hp is not something a boss should have in solo if they also hit for 15% of your hp per hit
one word : imposibleunless they hotfix it
so wait, we can't pick 1 out of the 4 buffs? We just get a random one on the list? Well that's just a big F*** you from blizz. I know it's still early in the patch but so far, it doesnt live up to the hype, its rather stale and unimpressive.
I think the scaling is messed up. I tried the bear challenge and I was doing fine when I got one shoted from nowhere.
Omfg I just tried this half-heartedly and it works. You're supposed to jump over the ice. For Havoc
So lets seeUntested in ptr? Check.Overtuned with TOS gear in mind? Check.Ridiculous amount of silence required ? Check. GL spriests with 45 sec interrupt/silence.
Hey, I didn't get my reward first attempt, wasted 5 whole minutes trying, canceling my sub into they make it so you can do it blindfolded, Wows broken
Can't really do affliction lock one without legendary ring
You need to use Demonic and Unleashed Power and Demonic Appetite. When the ice closes in around you pop your stun...then move SLIGHTLY to pick up health gems and gain some fury...then Eyebeam destroying the crystals and getting a ton of health orbs and a full bar of fury....felrush and if you have it felbade to the mage...interrupt him and move a bit closer to the eye in prep for the next ice phase...once he ports its a whole different mechanic but that should help you. without Demonic though you are left without a way to heal well Those three talents are a MUST
I kinda get it's meant to be difficult, but I think that These so called mechanics are laughable. Failing because I screwed up something is fine, I can learn and do better, but if simply die to one shots, that's cheap and not really fun. I wish Blizzard had tought better on these challenges.
Hence the reason why it's so important for content to be beta tested before going live. I'm expecting hot fixes getting pushed out today or tomorrow.
Sounds to me like these artifact challenges are the equivalent to the Warlock green fire scenario that came out with ToT back in Mists. I honestly don't have a problem with that. I can also understand where Blizz is coming from with wanting to have some content they want to be a surprise on how to do. My only real complaint is how it randomly picked from the pool of buffs. I personally think you should be able to choose which one to pick, esp since to even have it available you need to work with your whole region to build it. Maybe in the future they could change the setup a bit- have a short quest you can do once per period of uptime where you choose which buff you want for those 3 days, then you can talk to the guy to refresh it when needed. Hopefully they could do this with the other buildings as well, if they have a similar pool to draw from.
So if you're still below item level 900, is the consensus here don't even bother until you are 905+?
most (if not all) of these scenarios are tuned for players with killer machines and perfect internet connections. for some lame reason the potatos at blizzard seem to think that a high end pc and a killer internet connection = skill as a player. horrible execution of new content. the concepts are easy to do, but the timing is so tight, you only have on average 0.5 sec of leeway for any type of mistake (or lag) and any latency what so ever will cause a failure.
