Ah-ha! So this explains all those stupidly overpriced single white items on the AH.
huh, so thats why i saw some random SL fishes go for 480k each on Whisperwind/Dentarg US AH
So, Classic players are like that parent/grandparent that will click on every link and download anything without thinking twice?
Par for the course for the absolute clown show that wow's UX is.Blizzard is too lazy to make a good ui/ux, so they leave that to rando amateur addon devs to fix for them for free.Rando amateur addon devs are exactly that and don't know how to, or can't be arsed to build actually good addons. The extremely lazy "let people just run random lua snippets downloaded from internet without any kind of sandboxing" approach of weak auras is the result. The blame lays squarely on blizzard, though. There's no sympathy to be had for the billion dollar corporation outsourcing their work to unpaid amateurs.

Good. WeakAuras is a plague on the game.
This issue had absolutely nothing to do with auction addons. Zero whatsoever.
ok now this is epic
? The old AH is a mess without a doubt. Time waste of doom. YOu literally need TSM or Auctionator for posting single items out of a stack of one and so on.But why should they bother implementing the new better ah from retail KEKW Crylords of oldsql #$%^&*ness would just cry their asses of because of an QOL Change which changes nothing than only saving you much much time and having a better AH with less traffic and faster loading times without scanning 50 pages of Silk CLoth for example.
Blizzard should lock down all addon access to the auction house APIs. Only exception is Blizzards own UI.These UI pieces are signed by Blizzard, and the LUA runtime should prevent replacing that UI.
