"Now for people who are playing Mythic+ at the highest end of the system.."After reading this paragraph and got to know his love about pleasing top end players and how he understands dead week vs push week I have a question:IF YOU WANT TO MAKE THE GAME DIFFERENT FOR 1%, HOW ABOUT START ADDING DOGSHT AFFIXES AFTER 15s?sorry, I just got mad. TLDR the rest of the playerbase is getting punished with affixes just to make the game different for the title pushers? hello?Currently 6s for aspects and 8s for vault are really good and fine since dog affixes dont make it a "aaaawwhh man" chore, they are just a "simple" chore. In TWW people gonna have to do 9s with affixes for the same stuff, wonder why :)
So, the only PvP related question is about obtaining old Elite sets. But everything else is about Mythic+ and Raids.. I am also quite disturbed that they admitted that adding so many needs for micro CC in Mythic+ was a mistake but they failed to mention how negatively this impacted PvP. A little disappointed tbh. But then again, not so much. Who cares about WoW PvP nowadays, right? Not even wowhead.
They care so much about visuals that DK has had almost no new visuals since Wotlk, and Defile hasn't been fixed since WoD.Thank you for taking care of me for so many years...I just can't read these lies.
Did I read this right? The "normal" players (plebs) have to keep affixes while their favorite high-end players get to play without them? And they think the normal players want that? Why don't do this? M+ has no affixes but the players with the key can voluntarily add them when the key starts. You know, to add the variety, they think, the "normal" player craves. That system is even already in the game on the beta. No extra reward for adding on though since they're only for the variety. Do this for one season and see how many runs with affixes will be done.
36x the word "think". every time someone says "i think" i go in standby mode.
The attention span of people and just refusing to read
Stopped reading when the interviewer had the AUDACITY to say Hunter's Mark was actually a worthwhile buff to hunter. LMAO.No, a buff that equates to a 1% dps boost on a boss and has almost zero viability on trash/multi target fights due to the cooldown and costing a GCD is not in fact helpful. In fact, unless you remember to pre-cast it, it's not worth casting cause of the GCD and the fact the first 20% goes really fast on every single boss.
"We actually want to be really careful -- one of our anti-goals, as it were, early on was to not create a multiplicative number of specs; we don't want to end up with 108 specs in the game. So we want to be careful not to do too much there that will make it feel like I am a Herald of the Light Paladin, I'm not a Ret Paladin." Then you shouldn't have called them Hero Talents!
thanks for this! i was expecting a video tbh, but it was a good read too. even if i don't always agree with the decisions they're going for i appreciate hearing the thought processes behind them. i'm also happy to hear they're trying to reduce the visual clutter from our team member's spells and nameplates as well as improving visual clarity with dungeon and raid mechanics
the questions were super dump... sure lets take a mythic raider or someone who push high in M+ do the questions, because that 1% of playerbase is what matters.. sure this is going to be good for the game forward. They still dont understand why the lose players
So basically nothing good on the horizon...Same ol' stuff and maybe in some places even more difficult.Regarding raiding :)) every xpac rheybsay they won't do a avatar and kiljaeden levels of difficulty and yet every xpac has bosses that are on par with those.Lies upon liesBring back cm mounts who cares about tmog#pulltherippcord
"it's a fun play style that a lot of people have embraced" aka backpack getting carried to r1 titles ahahahahah
Would have been nice to read a question from wowhead to Mr. Hazzikostas about their communications policy regarding feedback posts on the forums for beta testing. In particular, a question about the rationale (if any) behind the disparity in class tuning and replies to theorycrafters comments. For example: Why warlocks, mages and other classes have been continuously updated (on a weekly basis), whereas others, such as, for example, hunter or shamans have hardly received any replies to their comments and suggestions?
No one gonna read wall of text
