After reforging Expertise into Crit using Seal of Primordial Shadow HC , the only stat you gonna loose is haste by replacing Emergency Descent Loop , and by the time you get this ring by making HC progression you will already have too much haste as SV Hunter from the t13 items even after reforging all haste into other stats. I hope this helps choosing Seal of Primordial Shadow HC for hunters
