From the perspective of a Survival specced hunter, this ring seems to be BiS for us, along with many other melee classes. The crit and haste, along with a red socket and a 10 agi socket bonus makes it as close to perfect as possible.

The only other ring which drops inside Dragon Soul, Seal of Primordial Shadow, has expertise, masking it close to useless for hunters*. The mastery does not help its case either, and as such should be passed to other melee classes (And pray to whoever you believe in, that they will pass on this beauty for you)

Your only other choice for a second ring will therefore probably be Emergency Descent Loop or Viridian Signet of the Avengers. Neither of them has crit, but the haste and mastery makes them better than Seal of Primordial Shadow.

Considering Viridian Signet of the Avengers has a red socket but less agi and Emergency Descent Loop has a yellow socket and higher agi, these two rings seem to be close statwise.

Edit: As Zeyin states below this ring is second BiS to hunters. However, seeing as there are other classes who would benefit more from this ring than a hunter would, this should be passed to them since they will benefit more from it.
