Just activated this part of the meta, here is how its done, you do the Shadow Warden daily for the first time. You will get the quest to take a acorn to the front of the zone. Turn it in. You grow the lasher, and it gives you a daily. Thats all there is to it.

I can affirm, after doing it today on my Mage, that you do not need to actually be on the Shadow Wardens part of the dailies.
You must have completed:
暗影守望者
HOWEVER:
If you have completed both 暗影守望者 and 猛禽德鲁伊, and on one day you so happen to choose 进入火焰之中 instead of 荒芜尖塔, you can still "loot" this.
Today, I chose 进入火焰之中 to do my Molten Flow quests, and decided to head over to Widow's Clutch and kill a 烈焰德鲁伊. It dropped the 干橡子 on the ground and I was able to pick up the acorn, start 神秘的种子, turn in the quest for the 5 marks, AND do the daily that the lasher offered. It seems as though the Daily offered by Anren after doing 真的……需要……水…… is only available when you do 进入火焰之中, but the daily from the lasher is available no matter which daily you choose.

I went back after i did the daily's I have completed both The Shadow Wardens and Druids of the Talon and killed 2 Druid of the Flame, The 2nd one dropped the Quest.

This small quest chain starts from an object that spawns on Druid of the Flame corpses, you don't have to be the slayer to get credit. For a player to get them, he/she must have done both Druids of the Talon and The Shadow Wardens on that character, and it's able to be gotten on the day the last of the latter turnins is finished. It completes the step "Find the Fire Lasher" on the The Molten Front Offensive and provides the character with 5 Marks and a new daily quest that grants 1 Mark.

To find The Fire Lasher u must kill 1 or 2 Druids of the Flame (coords. 71.0, 37.9). They will drop the quest, pick up and turn in near portal to Mount Hyjal/Firelands depends on witch side u are:))

To make this even more clear... you will get the Lasher immediately after completing Planting Season. You will turn in Planting Season and then being able to immediately turn in Little Lasher. At least that's how it worked for me.

u dont need a specific quest to get this quest. u just needd to have unlocked the shadow wardens of course. and u have to go to widows clutch and kill the druids of flame. and from killing them there will be a little pile of dirt on the ground that will have a quest for u
this results in 2 quick quests and 1 more daily quest for u to do
