I just hope they don't add tokens to classic. That'll ruin the in game economy ya'know?
Please let eyes of the beast come back omgggg
Kudos to Omar Gonzalez!
I know there's some "must use" talents for some specs right now, but how could some people say its worse than old school cookie cutter talent trees? I mean there should be a limit to be delusional and ignorant.
Eyes of the Beast is the only thing I want Live to get out of Classic.
It will be probably be cheaper to buy from a private seller or some website, as soon as wow made the token the price of gold from sellers increased to flux with the token. If they see a lot of money going into 3rd party hands im sure they will be more then happy to create tokens.
The "new" talent system has run its course. Sure some specs do have some interesting choices here and there, but so many talents are actually dead talents you never use. Then, you have a lot of talents, more than half of them in a lot of specs/classes that are actually things that people used to have baseline or via the old talent trees. The talents now are not that exciting either, a lot of them are passive that feels like they should be baseline (which, again, in a lot of cases they used to be) and I'm not excited to have to choose between 3 talents in the same row when the previous xpac I had all 3. They keep taking spells and abilities back from us, most classes and specs are just shadows of what they once were, it's not good. I think there is a majority of players that agree that class design is at a low point right now.I remember when they abandoned the old talent trees for the new system, I was pretty excited, I totally agreed with this idea that those points to get a % damage here and there was useless. The new system was exciting, the talent trees were meshed with our baseline abilities, and we got a bunch of cool new spells and abilities to choose from. They weren't removing anything, or at least they were adding much more than what they were removing. You can see everywhere that the old talent tree is something that Blizzard is trying to bring back in some forms, first the weapons of Legion and now the neck in 8.2. They should bring back some versions of those old talent trees, they made lvling feel rewarding. Yes some traits were boring, but a lot of others were not and you were pretty happy to finally get them, it feels like you are building your character from the ground up, one step at a time. The "new" system has a lot of good ideas, but when you use those ideas as excuse to strip bare classes and specs to give the illusion of choice... at some point it just doesn't work anymore. So maybe we can hope for some hybrid sytem in the future, best of both worlds maybe :o
I hope this goes to show that Blizzard does listen to community (well sometimes I imagine.) Most projects like this take time and don’t happen in a snap and of a finger. There are always gonna be obstacles, but in the end it’ll be worth it.
So,, no TWENTY FIVE YEARS OF WARCRAFT?
Is there any wayto hide classic news from main page? Im not interested in these at all
