I'd say MoP, because after living in China for a while, it really felt familiar.
Looking forward to the WoD Expansion since I red all the Books and I am excited about for the Story they will present us!
My favorite expansion was Mists of Pandaria. It was the only expansion I was around for its entirety.
I loved Mists of Pandaria the most.ahhh dat plushieeeee
My favorite expansion was Wrath. However, Pandaria has grown on me over the past few years. I am super excited for WoD though!
i played through vanilla and bc both, but really started getting into raiding in wotlk, so that's probably always going to be my #1
Although I started at the tail end of it, I'd have to say Wrath is my favorite WoW expansion. The storyline was compelling and the threat of the Scourge was really quite terrifying when you really think about it. I finally got the chance to go back and do all of the raids from Wrath and they're really well done and a lot of fun to do.
My favourite expansion was Cataclysm. I loved the entire story line, especially Uldum and Twilight Highlands.
Wrath of the Lich King. Best new zones, best new raids, most interesting and cohesive storyline, and love the norse myth references.
I always like the most recent expansions because we get things we did not have before. Not only because of the new races, classes and professions, but also because of things like flying mounts, transmogrifier and pet battles. So from that aspect my favourite expansion is MoP, and it will probably be WoD when it comes out.Apart from that I really liked the zones in Cataclysm (except Vashj'ir...), both the new ones and the old ones that got changed, like the flooded Thousand Needles and the split Barrens. I liked the raids as well, especially Molten Core, and the dailies in Mount Hyjal. So overall I think I would say that Cataclysm was my favourite expansion, with MoP on second place.
I loved Burning Crusade. It not only gave end games a new place to go, but it also gave us Karazhan, which to me was the instance that gave me the most fun.
So far, Pandaria has been my favourite.
BC by far. The terrain and the whole continent was just beautiful
I would have to say that BC was my favorite. Everything about that game took off from there. The introduction of flying mounts, the progression of the story, camping alliance in Hellfire (favorite part there), the daily quests, the art in Nagrand..I could keep going. I think at the time for me, I was still really into Warcraft 3 and just keeping the story going with Illidan, Sylvanas, and the introduction of the Blood Elves just made it all that more special for me. Plus this is the first time they introduced server events before an expansion...and that stuff was crazy.I do have to say I lost a love of the game after Cata, and before MOP. I have picked it back up and pretty sure I will have to take a loan out on a soul again as Blizzard has once again taken mine. I am really looking forward to WOD. The Garrison feature alone was enough to bring me back. It was said that Blizzard feels that this game can go to 2024...and honestly, if they keep this up I am really think they can. There are better combat/crafting systems out there. But Blizzard puts together such a polished game, it's hard not to believe in them.
The first expansion I ever reached level cap- Cataclysm.
I always said TBC was my favourite, but I loved MoP so much, especially the questing and pet battles. Hard to decide!
Burning Crusade was the best!
Wrath of the Lich King, loved most of the raids, the story, the immersion, the quests, lots of good stuff with Wotlk, as for xpacs coming up I'd say Warlords could be the new best xpac, seems awesome.
My favorite expansion was Cataclysm: the game's plot affecting the old world at large was something I really appreciated.Best of luck to all entrants!
Cataclysm is my favourite....coz I started playing WoW then :D
