Easily achieved by doing the normal 80 instances when the daily is available.

Timear Foresees Centrifuge Constructs in your Future! is done in The Oculus.
Timear Foresees Titanium Vanguards in your Future! is done in Halls of Lightning.
Timear Foresees Ymirjar Berserkers in your Future! is done in Utgarde Pinnacle.
Timear Foresees Infinite Agents in your Future! is done in The Culling of Stratholme.

I know this info may seem unecessary and obselete, but it's handy nonetheless.

The "Timear Foresees Titanium Starcallers in your Future!" criteria must be a mistake and should probably read like the actual quest: "Timear Foresees Titanium Vanguards in your Future!"

In Patch 3.3 Timear foresees that you will "talk with Archmage Lan'dalock", who no longer gives daily heroic quests, but the weekly raid ones instead.
