Battle for Stromgarde Warfront Now Live in US and EU Servers

Horde players from both regions have finally finished
collecting enough materials
to launch an assault to Stromgarde Keep. This marks the first rotation for Warfronts since the start of Battle for Azeroth.
For a limited time, Horde players from both regions will be able to queue for Warfronts from their Warfront table in Dazar'alor.

Currently, there is a
7-day timer
showing up for the Warfront, which is probably the window it will be available for queuing. Note that EU players have been reporting difficulties while entering the queue for Warfronts.
