The Void Elves are a new
Allied Race
in Battle for Azeroth that has been datamined on the 7.3.5 PTR. We also datamined some
dialogue text
with the 7.3.5 PTR build that provides a good look at the Void Elf quest chain and how they joined the Alliance.

The Nighthold and Thunder Totem Zone Updates on 7.3.5 PTR
On the 7.3.5 PTR, The Nighthold and Thunder Totem have undergone zone changes. The Nighthold is a mini-hub for the Nightborne faction, while Thunder Totem has Bloodtotem refugees. While the Nightborne and Highmountain Tauren are Horde Allied Races, these zone changes are visible to everyone and reflect the larger story in Legion.

Highmountain Tauren Allied Race Druid Forms, Totems, and Racial Mount
The 7.3.5 PTR has added Druid forms for the new Allied Race, Highmountain Tauren, as well as their racial mount.
Highmountain Tauren are an Allied Race unlocked in Battle for Azeroth. Playable classes are Horde Warrior, Hunter, Shaman, Monk, Druid. You can play around with some Highmountain Tauren customization options

7.3.5 PTR - New Zone and Dungeon Scaling Levels
During BlizzCon 2017, Blizzard shared their plan to improve the overall leveling experience using Zone Scaling in old world zones. Now that the 7.3.5 PTR is live, we can see how these level bands work.
The quests in each zone will scale up to a cap. However, the minimum level for each zone varies from zone to zone and you'll need to achieve a certain level before starting certain zones. In addition, they are now letting you do certain expansions in a different order if you choose.

At BlizzCon 2017,
RedShirtGuy noticed some changes
to Stormwind and Orgrimmar which added Embassies to the capital cities. These embassies have been added to the PTR as well as achievements to unlock two Allied Races for each faction.

7.3.5 PTR - Get 4 Extra Backpack Slots for Attaching an Authenticator
The 7.3.5 PTR has just gone live and if you've attached an Authenticator to your account, one of the first things you'll notice is you have 4 extra Bag slots in your base bag!
The upgrade to the backpack will be done automatically if you have an Authenticator attached to your Battle.Net account.
