Easily Wrath. Wasnt an expac, wasnt a game, it was a work of art. The music, the themes, the tones, the whole aura of it. Breathtakingly beautiful. Uldaur was gorgeous, Naxx 2.0 was epic. The Proto dragons, Wyrm rest, the seeds of Garroshs hatred. The Death Knights following in the foot steps of the Lich King. The fall of Dranosh, the sacrifice of Bolvar. God, it was grand.
Going to have to be Mist of Pandaria, the lore in it was so amazing.
WotLK, my first expansion and the best experience I had in WoW to date. :)
i think the burning crusade was my favourite expansion, even though at that point i was still just watching my brother play it all the time. i didn't get to start playing myself until cataclysm, so i guess that one is the one i know the most.. but the blood elves are just too cool.
The Burning Crusade.
wrath of the lich king was awesome.i actually didnt like the models on many cata items so when transmog came it was a chance to look like LK times again =)
I have a hard time pinpointing which expansion would be my favorite. I think BC was great mostly because the content followed vanilla so well as far as story goes. But I think I might say MoP was my favorite for level design. The environment and art in Pandaria is simply gorgeous.
WOTLK was easily my favorite. The zones and class changes from BC made it a blast.
Hmm my favorite one must be Wrath of the lich king, its when i got rly into achievements and started getting everything i could :P
I started playing during wrath, but I love burning crusade content the most!
The Burning Crusade obv!
I'd have to say Wrath of the Lich King. The lore, the music, the zones and of course to finally get to go toe to toe against Arthas!
I started playing in MoP but wish i could have played back in The Burning Crusade - i love the lore, the content and also heard it was quite the challenge.
Wrath of the Lich King: Death Knight hero class!, Howling Fjord and Icecrown was a lot of fun and quests like in Dragonblight, the story in general - familiar with Arthas' story from WCIII, loved the floating city of Dalaran, many interesting dungeons, rares like Timelost proto drake and the hunter rare pets, ICC as a raid was just epic especially the Lich King fight and possibility of getting Invincible and a frostwyrm, Ulduar was also a great raid - especially getting to fight Yogg-Saron
My favorite expansion has to be WotLK. During that period I met people whom I'm connected to this day and who mean a lot to me. WotLK also had such an awesom PvE content it was just amazing experience overall.
Wrath of the Lich King by far! Totally loved Northrend.
Definitley Wrath of the Lich King. Due to the fact that it was the first expansion I bought after joining, and the lore that was reinforced from Warcraft III. God I love it. Plus that viking area looks amazing and its music is great!
I liked Wrath because it was my golden days. I started in BC, but I really got into it in Wrath. The story got me into lore, and Arthas is one of the coolest end game bosses ever.
Burning Crusade was personally my favorite especially when they introduced Isle of Quel'Danas the pvp there was so epic omg unforgettable
Cataclysm.... because of all the dragons....
