I really liked Pandaria the best so far, I thought the area environments (scenery) were spectacular. I'm not really a blood and guts kinda guy, PvP is not my thing, but the Farming and Cooking specials were right up my alley.
Fav expansion? Burning Crusade since that's when I started playing and got hooked! I have pre-purchased my WoD upgrade, but would LOVE the plushie! :D
Going to have to say Cata i know alot of ppl didnt like it but i really enjoyed it the quest where nicely done the lore was rich and i didnt mind the raids in fact i loved them ( LK still fav but hey thats just me :3) but yeah cata was my all time fav exp (so far )
Cataclysm, because I was in a guild that I loved the playing the game with the people in it :D
My favorite was Wrath! The lore and the armor and everything felt so cohesive. And that was the last expansion that guilds really felt like guilds. Everyone now wants instant gratification, and Wrath made you earn it.
MY favorite expansion so far would have to be the burning crusade. I still remember going through the dark portal for the first time it was just epic
Burning Crusade as we learned to fly back then :)
Wrath of the lich king was the peak of wow in my opinion :) pretty much a great expansion
Mists of Pandaria was definitely my favourite expansion. Loved the questing in every zone, the raids were fun, monks and pandas are also really cool.
Wrath of the Lich King because I LOVED the cinematics and overall gameplay!
I liked Mists of Pandaria, first expansion playing my current main and lots of memories with friends. :)
Wrath of the Lich King.
Mists of Pandaria was my favorite expansion. It was my first expansion that I got to play all of, so it's where I really got to experience the game. I think that the storytelling methods Blizzard used were top notch and I like'd how it had that moment of the character isn't always doing the best thing. The first long ledgendary questline was fantastically done and I think very rewarding. The way raiding and raid bosses work was changed in what I think was a good way to make fights much more varying and interesting. I am sad to see it go, but very excited for WoD.
Cannot wait for this expansion!
God, such a hard question to answer! Every expansion was unique in it's own way, but when it comes down to it, definitely The Burning Crusade. Soooo much went on with that expansion, blood elves and draenei are my two favourite races and the zones in the expansion were GORGEOUS. MoP has been the expansion I've enjoyed the most though. I'd be the happiest person on earth if I won this contest. I don't know if I'll be able to afford the new expansion and faerie dragons are the cutest things ever..
MoP. Hands down. The art is some of the best, with only WoD competing; some of the moments actually caught me instead of making me feel like I'm suffering through a bad comic book; the raiding was some of the best ever; and so much care was put into it across its whole, instead of only at the start or end as frequently seen before. It had mood, direction, and detail. It still has all the same faults due to the "main" storyline being what it is (obsession with "epic" characters, leaders who are "heroic" by doing things that are questionable at best, stilted writing, aversion to real emotion except "raaaar I have to kill you now!"), but so much else - the details in the setting and even flavor text, the actual effort put into the backstory, developments with actual emotion like Wrathion especially - brings the bar up for the first time since late BC and early Wrath.Combine that with some of the most solid direction and systems and a whole new slew of options for how to play? The last two years were the best.
My favorite would probably have to be MoP because of the amount of cooking related quests and the whole farming system.
Wrath of the Lich King was my favorite expansion.XD
My better half would love the dragon
It's a tie between Burning Crusade and Wrath of the Lich King. BC for the exciting new content, and Wrath for the good times with friends (and Dalaran - amazingly constructed city).
