WHAT THE F, NO do NOT ask me to do this. She was one of my fav chars i couldnt wait to see again and now youre doing this to me after legion? This? This is asking my character to become defiant of authority. You ffxiv players out there, would you like to be asked to kill a scion of the seventh dawn member?THat's the level of care characters like these have for some of us.
Love having more spoilers from WoWhead.
It's a game. Stop taking things so seriously.
Based upon the way a lot of people are reacting to 10.1.5 PTR content, I'm kind of hoping we never get to see a proper Old God expansion. There's no way that half the player base could stomach true indiscriminate eldritch horror -- The Thing would probably shatter them into a million pieces.I've already seen people unironically calling for the removal of skinning and leatherworking due to concerns about animal welfare in an online game.If they genuinely feel that way, I hope they stop playing the game for their own good and get the help they clearly need from a licensed medical professional.
How about you take your psychopathic actual anger issue edgelord murder tendencies elsewhere. It's okay to care about characters and like characters in a story whom see again and again. It's literally like being part of the alliance and being asked to kill Varian disguised as Gul'dan. Disliking that..That's what's ACTUALLY normal human behaviour. The capability for empathy.
Gotta love that there are still dude bros working at Blizzard writing these disgusting quests. Hopefully, they will get the boot soon enough.
who is that and why should i care?
I really don't see the hypocrisy from Chromie here. At one hand she is is tasked with making sure that the past stays intact. That's where we are helping with killing a character that only Rogues know about (let's be real, until shadowlands only a fraction of the players has even seen this character), or helping Arthas on his way of becoming the Lichking. On the other hand Chromie wants to change a future that hasn't come to pass yet. There is no reason not to fight against Nozdormu becoming Murozond. Because what events of the past would it change, if the Infinites never came to pass? Only the events they tried to change in the past.So if you are really thinking about it: Having Nozdormu not turn to Murozond is the ultimate goal in protecting the timeways, as him not turning would get rid of so many interferences. And in concerns of "The One True Timeline", that's only something the Titans started. They were the ones giving Nozdormu his power, and they were the ones that told him to keep it exactly like that, because this timeline is what they want to happen. On another note: Helping Medivh and Arthas are changes to the past, but the end design doesn't change. Both of them wouldn't care about some random people helping them do their thing. Medivh only cared about the portal opening at that time, and would have probably got us killed sooner or later anyway. And Arthas would only be happy about more people supporting his cause, but there actually still were others that followed him, so he wouldn't think twice about it.Now what would it change if Amber was allowed to live? Probably a whole lot, because she was pretty competent and could have disrupted other things after the point that should happen, causing her own disruptions in the timeline. And a letter from a dead messenger also holds more value than one from a live one, because somebody obviously didn't want that letter to arrive (remember me why the assassins didn't take the original letter?)
Guck it, SAVE AMBER ! Make Horde and alliance don’t INVADE Broken isles .. SAVE VARIAN WYRRNN !
Echoing comments made, what nonsense passes for articles from your writers these days. We don't care about your feelings. This is a game that features death, murder, war, imprisonment, torture, enslavement, etc. Azeroth is not a nice place.Get over it. Don't like it? You can feel free to walk away. Don't vomit your nonsense on to the Internet.
"a beloved character"...Yeah, from a Horde perspective, I've never heard of her, no idea who she is, couldn't care less ;)
