Should have seen this coming, lol ^^ Clever move by ZAM!
Awesome start for the SWTOR community I think.Welcome, and good luck! Also, if Torhead does the same for SWTOR community that Wowhead does for us WoW lovers, then it will succeed without a doubt.Z
This site is already helping me a lot with preparing myself for a beta test.Anyhoo, I was browsing some of the class info pages and noticed that the Advanced classes links at the lower part of the Class pages are broken, pointing to "swhead.com/class/*****". Clicking on them takes me to a swhead.com error message and any link from there on out keeps me at swhead.com instead of torhead.comedit: Also filled a Feedback form bug report about this on the site.
ahhh so much win in torhead<3 cant help but feel needs more features like wowhead does =] e.g profiles?....etc
Time to replace wow link finally :)
And im really excited with SWTOR........i want that change in games for long time now
Can't wait for forums. I wonder what class is most like a paladin tank *ponders*Cheers,Hat
I'm super excited about SW:ToR. Wowhead has been almost as important as WoW itself in my continued enjoyment of the game over all these years so the fact that there are Wowhead people directly involved with getting Torhead up and running actually makes me look forward to the game and its community all the more!
torhead's logo is a Jawa?Observation: the meatbag in charge does not seem to comprehend "good taste". I recommend corrective measures with a high-powered rifle.Hmm.. must resist.. re-installing KOTOR...
As I can't find a place to report bugs I think it should be noted that there's a rather annoying one in the torhead talent system that periodically locks the talent tree and resets all talents to 0.Beyond that looks good guys =D Thanks!
Torhead, like Wowhead, has a feedback button in the top right of the screen. It's likely that they know about bugs like that but I'm certain that they would rather have too many reports than too few, so detailed reports of bugs we find will surely help.
This is truly awesome. Wowhead has very much indeed added to my overall WoW-experience and it's great to know that there will be a site for ToR that is not just a weak Wowhead wannabe but an actual sister site with the same features and at least partially the same staff. This will enhance SWToR's chances for success for sure. This is, along with the promise that we won't need Origin to download, install, update and play the game, the best piece of news for the future SWToR gamers. Those who have not been into WoW and Wowhead just don't know it yet.
Awesome! So happy ^.^
I'll probably visit the site a lot...but as for playing the game...(eh it looks good but the investment...you know?)
Keep in mind lightsabers are the one and 2 handed melee weapons of the game, what I mean by this is Lightsabers aren't split between 1H lightsabers and 2H lightsabers, if you spec towards a sentinel you can use 2 sabers, so lightsabers function as the game's 1 and 2 handed melee weapon. Also for lightsabers all that Bioware needs to create is the hilt, a hilt they can and have copied onto many different lightsabers, whereas WoW has to create the sword/axe/mace in its entirety rather than soley creating the weapon's hilt. When you also account for "copy items" (the same item for Republic/Empire with a different name) it really isn't that surprising there's so many lightsabers
