<3I was hoping to find a database site for TOR, and now there's a database site for it from my favorite database ever!
Sorry, but Torhead is the wrong name. We're not Catahead are we?Swhead would have been better :)Cheers.
"The Old Republic" isn't the name of the initial expansion, it's the name of the game. It's set in the Star Wars universe but it is not "Star Wars" itself.By which I mean that future expansions to ToR won't be formatted like "Star Wars: The New Republic" they'll be "Star Wars: The old Republic: A New hope" or, more likely after a couple of years in my opinion, "The Old Republic: A New Hope"edit: Rankorr put it far more succinctly than I.
Ahh OK. I thought that The Old Republic was an Expansion name. Sorry, not paying a lot of attention to something I'm not going to play.Cheers.
I for one think this is excellent news. When I was playing the TOR beta I kept wishing I had something like WoWhead to go to for information, and now I do!
Let's draw a line under that please. Adamsm, there was no need for "Then why bother posting about it?". No more off-topic stuff please all.
This post was from a user who has deleted their account.
I always liked the way Wowhead was laid out and how it's UI was designed so another website for it is a big plus. Even if I may not play SWTOR.
STARHEAD!I hope SWTOR does well, so blizzard has some competition in the MMO market. competition is healthy.i wonder if we will see a GuildHead too =D
I haven't played Dragon Age 2 but from everything I've seen in the DA:O, ME games and from all I've seen from ToR in beta I think you're vastly overstating the romance system's overall importance. In all the BioWare games I've played it's been entirely possible to ignore the whole system and if it's something you can take or leave and something that some people get enjoyment from then I can't see a reason to be against it.How ToR will get that fine balance between single-player story and multiplayer massiveness is something that I'm also very intrigued by and I'm greatly looking forward to finding out how they've handled it. Of course it's pointless to tell someone that isn't interested in a game that they're wrong and should be ^_^ but I don't see much objective merit in your criticism of the romance system - it's not something that holds much interest for me either but still, perhaps I'm failing to see objectively at this point.(meh, my prepositions are all over the place today but I'm going to leave them unedited)
Why should one body part get 100% of the site names?#occupy<insertgamename>head
