Sanguine could be fixed by capping ticks and making it dissipate the longer a mob or mobs pass through.
I don't care for any of the affixes. Sure they had novelty when first introduced but now they just seem to be an annoyance that dont really add much to the dungeons.Could we have something more inventive? Like add new packs of mobs. Or have an assassin affix where a random player gets a mark on them with a timer and that assassin needs to be dealt with before the timer is over. Or dungeons could have different passages open on different weeks.
Consider how the affixes play out during a boss fight. For the ones which spawn every 20 seconds, it's like dealing with a raid boss especially when two spawn. It would be better if they either don't spawn during boss fights or the spawn timer is extended (e.g. Volcanic spawns during a mechanic where you have to stack can be tilting. Someone else mentioned spawning at points outside quick run range during boss fights is also very challenging.
Well, I hate Afflicted Souls because I am useless in those weeks and I didnt bother to play much on those weeks sometimes I did just 1 run and sometimes when I felt like my sanity was in-check I played 4. Entangling was fun to me because I got to use Demonic Teleport very often and I love the ability and whenever I have to use it. Incorporeal was a non-issue because I could solo the Incorporeals and it was the weeks when I did 15 runs or more.In other words I hope Afflicted Souls never returns. It gets deleted or if they want it back make purge usable because if you make me go Imp then the party loses an interrupt.
