Beledar's Attunement is an item that can be purchased at Renown 23 with the Hallowfall Arathi from Auralia Steelstrike in Mereldar for 1000x Resonance Crystals. After using the item, the location of Beledar's Spawn will always be visible on the zone map for your Warband.

Beledar's Spawn is a Rare Elite located in Hallowfall which spawns at the start of Beledar's Shadow (the crystal in the ceiling of the zone shifting from light to shadow). It has a rare chance (~5%) to drop the mount Beledar's Spawn. Each character has a daily chance at the mount and it can drop at level 70.

Beledar's Shadow repeats every 3 hours (starting 1 hour after the daily reset) and lasts for 30 minutes, this means that Beledar's Spawn has a fixed spawn timer, it will despawn on its own when Beledar's Shadow ends. It has multiple spawn points around the zone.

NOTE: Beledar's Spawn is tradeable to anyone eligible to the loot for the standard 4 hours real-time. It can drop again even if you already own the mount. Beledar's Spawn flags the quest #81763 when killed.

The current Beledar's Shadow schedule is: 1 hour after the daily reset, then repeat every 3 hours.

It may of been a coincidence but my first Beledar Spawn kill after getting this item the mount dropped.

Update: Second Kill after attunement the mount dropped again, either I'm incredibly lucky or its guaranteed after getting this item.

Bought this about 2 hours ago. Used it and got a buff that lasted for around 10 seconds.

No marks on the map prior to the latest cycle - or for the upcoming spawn cycle. Am I missing something?

Edit: to clarify - attempted to disable all addons, item is no longer available to buy from the vendor.

After buying this item few days ago, I still get map icon on char I bought this item with and also my alt, very useful

I just bought this item today after reaching Renown 24 and it disappeared from my inventory without me using the item. I don't know what happened, it's just gone and the quartermaster isn't selling it anymore so I can't buy it back. Awesome.

EDIT: It doesn't show up under Item Restoration, so I can't have deleted it by accident either.

So... is this a one time consumable to temporarily show location? Seems expensive at 1k resonance crystals if that's the case.

doesn't work for any of my alts. it only marks the spawn on my main i bought it with

There are a lot of conflicting comments here.

The item is an attunement: learn it once and all your warband are attuned. It is then removed from the vendor.

Every 3 hours, when the sun crystal goes dark, the rare immediately spawns at one of it's random coordinates.

It is shown as a rare elite icon on the zone map. It has a direction icon on the edge of the minimap.

It is detected by scanning addons such as SilverDragon which can put a map-marker in your chat.
