I totally get it. Burn them all!

Wasn't there supposed to be a proper Cinematic? I thought that there was a snipped in a Bfa feature trailer that showed Anduin and co. on a ship being pushed back when the tree was set ablaze. I'm sure that I'm not crazy.
So what do I do now for a week?
To shine some light on the other side of the fence: I'm 100% fine with Horde being just flat-out evil. Haters will hate, I'll just go eat some marshmallows with my warchief since she made such a wonderful bonfire.
Moralliy gray they said. Wonder hows ganna be when they say some things moralliy black
Greyness much ?
You know, everyone celebrating this travesty of a story is simply wrong. We ALL suffer for this !@#$show that Blizzard is handing ALL players. This is terrible writing, terrible storytelling, terrible on every imaginable front. I don't say this as a Horde main, which I am, but as someone who loves high fantasy storytelling. This is not it. Sylvanas deserved better story writing than this. Horde deserved better storytelling. Nelves deserve better storytelling. We ALL deserve better than this garbage. And it didn't have to be this way. Fool that I am, a mystery surrounding the burning of the tree was my last thread of hope for a decent story. I have canceled my sub and will not play BfA for a good long while, if ever. I'm done.
Man, must've been a dry season for it to go up that fast
I'm just waiting for them to resurrect Vol'jin and reinstate him as the true warchief. Imagine that: Voljin, the loa of the horde. The horde being ruled over by a (demi-) GOD!
Horde players right now:https://getyarn.io/yarn-clip/e3ae5dc4-12bc-4064-8717-990343d51dc0
Not sure about that cinematic, Garrosh looked different...
The villain she should be. Think of it this way, the quicker she's killed, the quicker Saurfang becomes Warchief and we get a Warchief the Horde AND the Alliance respect. It's win-win.
I really hope that all this Sylvana's nonsenses will be justified in near future by some Old Gods influence or something.
So her driving force is to show others how she felt when Arthas invaded Quel'thalas and killed her people? She did get a worse deal than most, true, but Arthas killed a lot of people, pretty much everyone suffered by his actions. But with the Lich King defeated she now has to find a new outlet for her rage and the Alliance is a very convenient target. It's pretty sad that after all these years she can't come to terms with what happened and try to work for her people, but I guess I can understand the sentiment. Some things you just can't let go.If anyone, literally ANYONE, but her was Warchief they could've reached a compromise with Anduin. I guess that is the reason she was sort of pigeonholed into becoming the Warchief with the only explanation being that the Loa said so. Regardless, I'm actually pretty happy that she is the one behind the burning. This expansion is supposed to be Alliance vs Horde and having the first strike be some sort of "accident" or the actions of a third party would just devalue the whole thing. Color me excited.
okey.... that is lazy writing...what's came next? she "redescover" her hope and then she reborn in light? c'mon!I don't have any problem with the war... and the idea of capture teldrassil was a good one... even destroy the tree was a good idea... but, (at leas for what you can see in the video and what a saw in the ptr) that wasn't the plan, she didn't want to burn the tree... but then an NN elf (okey, I know she isn't an NN but she isn't that a big deal ether) trash talk to her and she go nuts? wht is that.... she sopouse to be a great planer... she did in a week what Garrosh couldn't do in years (she took Ashenvale)... and then, she destroy si biggest advantage.... it's like a bank robber take all the many and then kill all the hostages when the police tell him to surrender... it doesn't make ANY f**ing sense...
