It's the popular thing again, so of course he's coming back. It's good for his wallet.
Wish he didn't.
Nothing against preach or his content but I am not excited to see his community in full swing in-game again...
If ever there was a guy that do not deserve to have the "open doors" treatment at blizzard is him. He quit but not really, always negative. When wow was at its lowest, nothing. For &*!@ sakes he did interviews with the big guns at blizzard, he has direct access to them: what did he do to change things? Check his videos, mostly nice safe questions.Returning for the buzz and the money, certainly not for the good of the game.
More the merrier, look forward to his thoughts and the push he gives wow to appreciate players time.Nothing but a good thing imo.
It's no coincidence he just finished the latest expac of FF14, if he didn't come back his stream would actually die. Nobody watches FF14 streams once MSQ is done. so OF COURSE he comes back. Also, why wouldn't blizz greed at the situation and make it seem like, 'he if we can get preach to come back you should probably too.' everything about this is red flags
I see people claim they are leaving WoW daily across various forums and such. Its alot funnier, but still impactful, when someone does it on streams and makes videos of it. Several other streamers did it as well. Preach however was pretty blatant and rambled about it multiple times. Him coming back is not a surprise, he is after money. This however is not a new article worth note really, just another story of a person leaving the game, bashing it and then come crawling back
I like Preach, glad to hear he's coming back. I don't agree with everything he says, but no 2 people will ever agree on everything. Overall though I think he was one of the best.
Unpopular opinion, but I think theres plenty of other better suited people Blizzard shouldve given this opportunity/platform to. (And yes im a fan of Preach)
he sure showed blizzard by 'boycotting' them for a year. probably realized that he needed 3-4 ff14 videos to get the views of 1 wow video
So.. people come back to WoW, which is a good sign, things could get spicy again, game could get a revive - and people complain lolWoW Community (dont think I NEED to say it but to be sure: of course not everyone) is like an autoimmune disease, killing itself and then complain its a dead gameanyway, welcome back, Preach
What bothers me is he bashing the game and portraying himself as morally superior only to como back again with his tail between his legs, on the red carpet like nothing happened. Shaking hands, taking pictures asking safe questions to the developers... All for appearance. Surely he's the drama queen. Lame.
