Stay strong. Stay free. Stay Horde!
Saurfang makes me wanna go HORDE. But geez i got kids & sheeps in Stormwind... can't move
I’m sorry but I disagree with the the notion that Varok is a traitor or coward. He has been denied his warriors death. Honor no matter how dire the battle, never forsake it. To him the war of thorns had no honor. And he is tired of it. In my option he was going to challenge Anduin to Mak’gora. He is claiming what is his, a warriors death. He was even preparing for it in the cinematic. I think He simply wants to go out on his own terms, with honor.
He is an orc, has slain countless innocents under a Blood Curse, and has been a key member--a leader even--of both incarnations of the Horde...but he has had honour.Varok Saurfang...Who better to assist High Priestess Whisperwind and High King Wrynn as they lead the Alliance...and dismantle this Horde....FOR THE ALLIANCE!
C'mon blizz, release something, what will show, that she is doing with alliance the same, what they have done with hers people
I get into my characters when I play them, each one has their 'persona' . And after running the whole Darkshore scenario on my Blood Elf, I felt dirty. I literally had to log off and just not play for a while, the sense of "What have I done?" was so strong. That was some damn good story-telling, and I both can't wait for and dread what comes next in Sylvanas' war.
Blizz kept so much lore outside of the game itself, makes it harder to decipher characters’ notions. Would’ve been so much clearer if they showed Sylvanna’s inner planning in game (using the burning tree to place a wound on Alliancs morale since Malfurion didn’t die), and Saurfang’s conflict through quests.
yeah hopefully blizzard won't look at comments for people's opinions and feedback because most of the opinions will be from people who don't understand the story whole fully.hopefully all we need to know is that everything we've been through since vol'jin died (and probably from way before that as well) has been something the loa needed to have happen. what the loa see or are preparing for or preventing is way more exciting storytelling then who did what or who is good/bad - especially with all the outside-game stuff. everyone is the way they are because of what they've been through, so everyone gets a pass and is on the same page, or no one is. the loa needed things to be the way they are. not any one individual. if sylvanas was still the victim who was killed and raised, and that's all, it would be bland and poorly written. I hope her absence of a soul/unable to move on has a far more important and far reaching meaning in the game and worlds of azeroth, such as without what truly makes us whole, there is a space / there is room for a darkness or shadow to creep in from another world, or there is a place we can go to save folks who bare this tragedy.
I don’t get it what’s wrong with Garrosh or Sylvanas the game is based on killing the other faction this isn’t hello kitty island adventure where we should all work togeather to kill a fish lady. SMH, people want this to be Disney game.
This forcing us to love Saurfang and hate Sylvana is so damn stupid! He is a fully developed character and most of us loved him even before, but what they are doing with Sylvana. Every part of BFA connected to her is saying "hate her". We are forced to hate our chief, ffs! A kid could write a better script.
I know, I love sylvanas's character because of all the groundwork they've done since wc3. she was a pretty and skilled ranger and who knows what kind of life she would have had if arthas hadn't done what he did to her, so sad. so, so sad. people forget that. even with the new animation of her which was awesome, it showed her looking down at her lifeless body and it couldn't be more clear how she was a victim and the way she is in present day makes sense since all that was taken from her. if she was a boy or a little girl people would be reacting different I think. they want to not like her and so they don't (or pretend they don't) because not liking her makes them feel something justified inside themselves, which speaks horrors far worse and beyond anything in the pixels and sounds that make up the game. frightening, really..people..
In 3 days and in 6 respectively, only 73 years ago, President Harry S. Truman ok'd the detonation of two nuclear weapons over the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. 129,000 people were killed at least, most of whom were civilians. Who knows how many more were the victims of radiation after. That's how the ww2 ended. Was he honor-less? I don't think so. As I have already mentioned : Assigning moral attributes in a faction during war, is wrong.Sorry High Overlord Saurfang, I will always serve my Lady Sylvanas Windrunner.
I liked Saurfang especially in Wrath, but as of late I'm losing interest rapidly. From my alliance viewpoint, it is pretty sad and had hoped Tyrande would have done more than what Greymane's wife had done. (Also, weirdly enough I wanted boring-hubris Malfurion to just die already) From my horde viewpoint (without having played the beta too much), I feel mad that we didn't FEEL LIKE we accomplished anything and we are about to lose? the Undercity.I love Sylvanas, but I really don't want to see her go down the Garrosh route, the Arthas/Lich King route, or as others have pointed out- the Kerrigan route.
