As I read the forum I feel some ppl live in an a safe space and if they here soemthing what dosn't passing with their narrative they start crying in rage. And I found some comon issues. Some ppl always try to use our real world morals in quasi midleage fantasy world where one faction is a coalition of monsters. Comon guys you really think you can judge an orc because he skin alive a centar and use it's hide as a carpit? Comon it's pretty normal in the horde. The second common problem is some ppl can't be equivalent to their characters. At the end this is a role playing game... if you play a lock, rouge or dk I think can support Sylvanas without queistions... and this poin we can speak about the horde and Saurfang.I must say I like Saurfang in spite he is an old fool. Becaus he bring a lot of moral dilemmas to the horde. I belive this inprisonment will give him the time what he need to reconsiderate his stanpoint about honor. Saurfangs tragedy is he not born as a frostwolf because the frost wolf orcs can easily undestand his concept of honor, not like the others. One more interesting thing: I think Saurfang represent Nazgrin, Orgrim, and old Kilrogg in one person. And in this point we can speak about the honor. As we all know honor is a very important thing for the horde, but we never defined what we think about honor. Sylvanas thinks if she win a battle the victory and the glory will wash away the shame. btw she don't really cares abou the honor, because she thinks honor does not mean much if you die. If you survive the battle you will have a chance to say it was honorable or not and ofc in time you can reconsider you're deeds. Saurfang belives a battle is honorable if you fight as the codex says. So if you fought well and died you're an honorable man. This remebers me to the samurais and the knights. And at the end we have another wievpoint what says you're have honor if you serve well, with other world loyality is honor. And there is where we met the Saurfang or can we call it the Nazgrim dilemma: when you can choose betveen you're concepts of honor or at least loyalty and honor. What is honorable? To be loyal to the codex, the authority or the organisation or something else? I cant say what is the true honor. Nazgrim said loyalty is honor, Saurfang says following the codex is honor, the new troll guy belive serving and protecting the horde is honor, the alliance belive being and dealing good is honorable, until Sylvanas and the undeads dosn't care about honor. So what ihonor truely is? Back to the dilemma: Nazgrim and Saurfang had to choose between "honor" and loyalty. Saurfang choosed he's own concept of honor, until nazgrim choosed loyaty, but when they met Nazgrim dind't defined himself as an dishonorable orc. Instead he told us we all fight for the horde. And I belive he was right... and now we have a same dilemma. So we have to have patience and close our ranks and work together for the horde. Yeah i know my english is bad, but I hope it's understandable.
Well. That was awesome. If my mains were still Horde, this would certainly make me proud to be fighting on that side no matter what else was going on.
The one Anduin absolutely wrecks is a different troll :) look similar but their armor and hair are different, also after Anduin mass rez's and exclaims "For the Alliance!" we see Sylvanas, Saurfang and then Zappy Boi stood behind them to their right casting what looks like chain lightning :D glad he didn't go down, at least not in the cinematic, I want him to be a npc in game now lol :)
THIS IS THE HORDE RIGHT HERE! FOR SAURFANG FOR THE HORDE LOK'TAR OGAR! #shouldersoffforsaurfang#forsaurfang
This was awesome. Much better then the Sylvannas short/cinematic.
the art was good but the story was like most other disgruntled older / naive younger parings in everything. vol'jin's vision or whispers of the loa appointing sylvanas is new and refreshing and can be taken far storywise.
Boys i think the words you are all looking for are, #TeldrassilREKT <3.
Didn't realize this was going to be full of BFA spoilers. Those would have been cool to see first hand in game for the first time.
Firstly: Blizzard just needs to make a WoW movie, no reason not to.Next: if Saurfang is dubious about his loyalty to the "new" Horde, then I don't feel bad about feeling the same way. However, I'm pretty sure we've seen the "new Horde" played out before, a couple of expansions ago. Saurfang will be/should be the one to depose Sylvanas, or Thrall - at this point I'm tired of having a Warchief Of The Expansion - let's find a steady state and go with it.Also, when are the Alliance going to do something horrific? Surely they can't always be the butterflies and puppies, knights in gleaming armor they appear to be, no?
