I am at Renown 38 on each of the Covenants. NO WAY am I dropping and switching after all that work and anima farming! Maybe when I have every single cosmetic transmog and every single mount...I may consider switching. That could be a year from now and it will all change a few times before then.Nope...No thanks. I'll just keep them where they are and play for fun.
LOL sucks for your covenant BiS to change every half a patch because of tuning, all the rogues rolling venthyr as if venthyr suddently performs at Convoke level. I'm curious what covenant ability will they rework next, which will cause the herd to switch over and have their covenant progress and anima farms invalidated.
50+% NF ... balancings ?
So imagine choosing the covenant that you like the most because of the spell, the transmog, the mount, while not being the best at dps, because "it's an important decision and some covenants will be better than others in other content" to in the end be a lie, doing 20% less damage in every situation than the other covenant, wanting blizzard to balance them, because you start to feel bad for wiping with your real life friends at heroic stone legion at 3% thinking that the boss could have died if instead of being a vampire warlock you were a fairy warlock. And people are defending blizzard like their own children.i will never understand why people defend systems that are clearly badly implemented like blizzard is paying them or something. Some things in shl are good, some are better than ever, this is not one of them.
9.1. idea: sooo they said on blizzcon were working together with other covenants...!soooo we stick to 1 covenant as base / missions / cosmetics. but were allowed to choose every soulbind we want - 1 for each specc. soulbind-swap are on 3-7 days CD seperated by specc -OR- a WQ / quest / anima resource / cost.would love it ! ill dont loose my anima spend on the covenant / farming cosmetic sets.dont need to (re-)level these sh*tty useless companions for useless missions. and depending on blizzard tuning and what content i wanna play this day / ID i can swap around. or i can have fun with different abilities / playstyles.
Thanks a lot for changing covenants months into the expansion! So if a certain covenant is now much better or weaker, we're just supposed to switch? Like months of investment into a covenant means nothing? Why don't they just get a clue and remove player power from covenants? Seems pretty simple...
