One of the problems being allowed is multiboxing, multiboxing being allowed lets them level 5-40 characters at one time so they can keep doing farms like this even when they get suspended/banned to come back in 6 months and keep going on that account. They get their gold back eventually, since bans are not permanent as well. Multiboxing definitely needs another look, and they need to take a better look at their report system since it's very clear reports often don't get looked into unless they get enough reports or attention onto a specific report. I felt like old tickets and chatting in game with the person that made the ticket definitely helped there.
the problem need destroying at the root. The fact RMT players are not stopped by those who manage the comms and tickets been raised to flag them should be a problem to blizzard. It might be a third party operating their IP, but ultimately it’s the blizzard brand that is been damaged- it’s time they stepped in and did something. They won’t, as was proved with the hearthstone incident- Chinese money is more important than players.

This happens on a smaller scale on NA, but it is getting worst reset by reset. Most of the sellers in wow do it for real money - here is a hint. They ask you to go off wow to secure the sale. Besides even if it is gold, they seller can just take your money and still not do the run, no protections from being scammed. The solution is simple - you don't pay this don't happen. Stick to what games are for - fun and enjoyment - and be respectable and games like this will last for a very long time still. Lore wise the game isn't going to perish in an expansion or two, Blizzard will just make up villains like G'huun and recycle the faction war. Its a shame Blizzard doesn't step in and do something for the long term health of their game, but it is what it is. Imagine having to buy a game, pay for a sub and pay groups in your community to play the game to, and paying to run content in that game. Gaming will have gone full circle, only the rich can play - and I'm pretty sure that is not what you want is it? Good then stop paying runs with your wallet and do it yourself.

Blizz must put an end to this bs , i log in game and the only thing i see are theres literally nothing else besides that.. like whats the point of spending months on doing raids/dung/pvpwhen u can simply buy those boosts for either RM or gold which still will be on the market for RM and get all the gear you want.. like seriously you can buy every single aspect of the game whenever that offersyou an item / achievment / toy / pet / mount / title.. it kills the whole vibe knowing that you've farmed somethingso hard to get whatever that might be and see that a completely new player has all those stuff just becouse RMTis not being taken care of.
This would be significantly less of a problem if they would permanently IP ban anyone selling any in-game item or service for real money.
Sad thing is, nothing will change, unless there is a serious PR hit. Blizzard knows this, but China's market is way too important and thus eyes can be closed.
