Located at 58.02, 42.02 in the Azure Span, in the Gnoll camp, near to the quest giver Frostbite. It is between a couple of rocks and is a small scroll on the ground. Contains the recipe for Snow in a Cone and 14x snowballs.

Go to the Azure Span to the Snowhide Camp and you will find at 58.0 42.0, among rocks, a tree, and bones and skulls nearby, an Pergamena Ricoperta di Neve containing the Ricetta: Cono di Neve that can be used to learn and cook Cono di Neve.

You do need to have Dragon Isles Cooking in order to collect. Just having Classic Cooking or no cooking at all is not good enough.

It is just northwest of the hollowed out tree building in the camp, by the campfire. There is a few ice structures and a lot of bones. Its on the ground between two trees. I hope that helps!

Doesn't show up on your mini map at all, but is purple highlighted.

If you stand at the upper tip of the hollowed out tree laying on it's side and look down you should see the purple glow.

You can easily level your alt's Dragonflight cooking from 1-40 with this recipe. Be sure to stock up on snowballs at Winter Veil! You will need approximately 120 snowballs, give or take depending on your procs once the recipe difficulty turns green.
