You can get the eggs for the recipe at a vender in the city of threads 51.54 13.86. They use the Kej currency and it failed when I used the Yesterday's Eggs but has worked with Cracked Weavershell, giving 7 fine egg powder and 6 Coagulated Yolk.

This is the literal worst. You don't even get egg powder all the time. Sometimes it's just goop. And the eggs are so expensive to buy with kej wtf.

Used 5 Œuf de tisseuse fendu with Cuisine de Khaz Algar at level 88

Got:

Œuf en poudre gastronomique x 8
Jaune d’œuf coagulé x 6

Not sure if just got lucky, or this is more or less repeatable.
Won't be able to test it for quite a bit of time, cause the cost of ingredients is beyond ridiculous.

Currently only useful for creating Sauce secrète to create feasts, due to the extreme expense of buying multiple eggs for each salvage attempt to get powder and yolk.

For science, I have bought 200 of each of the eggs used to craft Fine Egg Powder and collected the results to determine if there is any difference. I was honestly surprised to learn you can get Darkmoon Cards, Weavercloth, and Writhing Samples from the process!
