Didn't they announce a potential (unnamed MMO) with all the other new games like 2 years ago?Also: Ghostcrawler has been the head of the story department for years.

Big fan of both WoW and LoL lore. Would love to see a crossover between the games, something like a better done WoD. Imagine the interactions between the nation of Runeterra and factions of Azeroth. We could even have Demacia joining the Alliance and Ionia joining the Horde at start, while later Freljord/Targon join the Alliance and Noxus joining the Horde.
I have been playing League for years now, I feel like it is perfect for an MMO, You already have the different factions/leaders, an entire map already layer out,, and a emense background on each zone, and why they are fighting in the first place. They could even make LoL map an actual pvp zone lol that would be sick.

What makes this so interesting is that Riot is very much like Blizzard when they made WoW. League is to MOBA what Warcraft was to RTS. So it's a very good parallel. Some friends and I were actually saying that for an MMORPG to really take on WoW it'd have to have a similar recognizable IP.This could be it. Time will tell of course.
That could be interesting, I always wanted to know about the League universe but was discouraged because I don't like any of their games gameplay wise. A MMO is exactly what I wanted.I just hope the lore will be begginer friendly, not something only made for hardcore fans that know everything about it. That's the issue a lot of new WoW players have.
