The proc we're seeing at the moment seems a bit over the top - 5000agility is not reasonable by any stretch of imagination. With a proc like that, Hunters (and Druids, I think) would make an enormous leap ahead of the DPS competition. Hopefully it's just placeholder stats and they will be changed in time for 4.3.

I think the agility part is more of 50 per stack, converting green stats into one main raw stat. Considering any hit\exp and stuff can be capped twice by the time of 4.3, getting such a chunk of mainstat is definitely a good idea.

I doubt that the buff will be 500 agility, that would be 5000 agility at 10 stacks, nearly doubling the agility the player has. Realistically it would be 50 agility a proc, up to 500.
I'll interested if it will be 1 second duration, it will without doubt be BiS for feral druids, with sub-second attack speed now realistically you can have 10 stacks all the time (would no doubt mean that the act of running out and feral charging on cd which was a 1k dps gain would be a huge dps loss). As for hunters, be interesting if they can maintain a 100% up time, let alot 10 stack. If that is the case then it will be a larger increase for guilds to give to their ferals than hunters (even bears, since agility is actually one of their strongest stats (rated above stamina, as long as you can take the odd hit)

1: 1070 Agility from the proc is a nice amount of Dodge for a bear tank, plus 2675 AP and 3%% Crit whitch are all Serious Tank stats for a Bear. Crit powers our mastery, Dodge is our only mitigation stat, and our Mastery bubbles are affected by our Attack Power.
2: The Weapon DPS is hugely important for Feral DPS. then add on the stuff above from the bear section.
3: hunters get the 1070 agility proc. an AP and crit boost, but no weapon damage buff.
the three are close, but IMO the survivability boost for Bear tanks takes priority, then the wepon DPS from kittys, then huters DPS boost Via Stat Stick
AP: 2675 Ap (2835.5 Ap /w MoW/Kings buff)
Crit: 3% (4.61% /w MoW/Kings)

I don't see how we can call it OP yet. It's a really nice proc, but it won't stay up for 100% of the time.
It procs giving you 500 agility, and after 10 seconds/10 stacks you have 5000 agility for 20 seconds. The you lose that and since we don't know the iCD it's too soon to call it OP. Also keep in mind that it for now don't have any secondary stats either, and is supposed to be a better-then-ordinary weapon since it drops from the end-boss of the expansion.

I think League of Legends players will remember this weapon awesome's proc from
Cho'Gath
's Feast, an ability which Cho'Gall's size and health increases as he eats minions or champions.
And reminding how scared i used to get when i saw an ultra-sized monster at the summoner's Rift, players using this will have tons of fun in PvP scaring other players out with the polearm's proc (until their bigger hitbox betrays them, i believe).

Coming from the PTR
Currently the "Normal" version of this has an ICD of 60 seconds with a very high proc chance (Haven't found the exact chance yet)
The Size bonus stacks all the way to 100%.
The bonus is actually a 10 second timer that is independent of your attacks.

i would just like to say that i have just obtained this weapon on live tonight (normal 25) and it has +700 armor on it as well. not sure about the welfare raid finder and heroic versions.

I got this on my alt bear tank a few nights ago (as no one else could utilize it) and did some testing.
It doesn't have a visible "stack", but you increase in size and gain the listed amount of agility every 1 second for the first 10 seconds where upon it caps and you retain this for an addition 10 seconds (20 seconds total).
The proc seems to have a 60 second icd (I may be wrong, it's quite late here, and I've had limited testing), and gave me about ~3.4% dodge and ~3.5% crit at full stacks (the last 10 seconds of the 20 second buff).
Concerning weapon swapping
; if you start combat with this weapon equipped it will proc and once the proc is activated you can freely weapon swap and the proc will remain active,
However
re-equiping the weapon whilst in combat will cause it too not proc
at all
as far as my testing has shown me, therefore making weapon twisting (for feral kitties and hunters) nearly useless with this.
Did some extra testing with weapon swapping whacking on a dummy and swapping between 2 staffs timing procs etc. Staff does appear to have a 60s ICD; but if you weapon swap, it appears you have to wait the
FULL
icd from when you re-equipped this polearm again, for it too proc again. Which still makes weapon swapping with this pretty pointless (unless you wanted to delay a proc to use at a particular time; but still, if you delay it too much and miss out on a potential proc, it'll be a dps loss).
As a feral bear I found the size increase

As for the discussion concerning gearing tanks vs dps and what should go to who; DPS will/should always get priority (barring tank's 4 set, because it's
way too powerful
) for high end guilds, as the biggest barriers and constraints will be dps requirements, tanking and healing can be over come by intelligent use of cooldowns and when to use what (I am from a server first guild).
My guild is 6/8 heroic ds, the dps doing 500-1k more dps helps kill bosses more than a tank that gets a tiny bit of damage/threat/rng mitigation.

I received Kiril, Fury of Beasts along with Vishanka, Jaws of the Earth from our Madness kill. I can say that it looks like it has a ICD of 1min, as it procs at the same time as my Hungerer Heroic trinket. This is not confirmed yet as for as I know on the actual ICD. You will gain 107 agi stacking up to x10 for 20 secs. So when it procs during the first 10 seconds are spent stacking, and the remaining 10 seconds you will have gained 1070 agility. This is a really large DPS increase, the only real draw back is that I lost a lot of Crit, Mastery, and Haste, from the two upgrades.

Just got mine on my Hunter. This does NOT stack with other grow effects. For example I used the Vrykul Drinking Horn and the Polearm effect didn't make me grow until it reached 4th stack. So it's confirmed.

every minute or so, you can get a 20 seconds buff

which grants you +107 agility stacking every second in the first 10 seconds, then remains at +1070 for the last 10 seconds.
the size buff follows the same pattern and will make you 10% bigger for these 10seconds per minute.
it isn't the revolutionary stat stick everyone thought it would be, but it's still one of the coolest polearm procs yet.

Received mine yesterday, and I can confirm it does indeed have 700 bonus (green) armor. The shortest time I've seen so far between procs is 55 seconds.

Dragon Soul gives us far less weapons to choose from if we compare it to ICC:
ICC:
6 spellpower staves
6 agility polearms and staves
7 str two handed
DS:
3 Int staves
2 agility polearms and staves
2 str two handed
Lazy very lazy, I blame this on reforge and transmogriphication.
This means hunters and druids will fight hard for the only 2 agility weapons that drop in the whole raid (no one will want the staff if they can kill deathwing).

First thing I noticed when this baby procced was: wait, I am just TOO big. It is not just 100% bigger at 10 stacks, it looks like those 10% add multiplicatively. So basically with each stack you are 10% bigger than with previous amount of stack. In total with 10 stacks you are 2.6 times bigger.
Btw, average dynamic AGI on this item is 736 on LFR, 797 on normal and 894 on heroic. ICD is 1 minute so uptime is 1/3, making it dynamic 245 (LFR), 265 (n) and 298(hc) AGI.-

based on some assumptions this proc gives you an average of about 276 agi.
assumption1 : first 10 seconds the proc builds up having 1-10 stacks for a total of 55 stack seconds
next 10 seconds you have the full 10 stacks for a total of 100 stack seconds
assumption2 : procs once a minute on average
155 stack/60 seconds is 2.583333 stacks on average * 107 agi per stack = 276.416667 agi on average.
assumption 3 : bosses hard enrage is an exact multiple of one minute so you wont have extra benefit from a proc that does not need to fully cool down.
as with most procs it has the advantage that you can allign big cd's with your proc if you pay attention, and the disadvantage that if you should be able to have big burst dps on demand you would be hard pressed to get it to proc at the right time.
overall a lovely weapon from bear or cat perspective (as bear I like that we finally have an armour weapon again)
the only downside from kitty perspective is ofcourse that you loose 2 secondary dps stats for your 276+ agi, I am not sure if loosing about 700 points worth of secondary stats(wich is what this ilevel of a weapon would approximately have if it did not have this armour and proc) is worth the 276.5 agi. the higher ilevel than its only real competitor (spire of coagulated globules) will probably let it win though (since that weapon has less base dps and only 596 secondary stat points, same base agi though with an epic gem in it)

Swapping back and forth between this and Fandral's Flamescythe works perfectly...I do it all the time...you become a big fire kitty. Soon as you begin to grow, switch to the Flamescythe, you will continue to grow and max out the buff. Keep flamescythe equipped for a minute then re-equip Kiril. It's not a super high proc-rate, but it will proc...usually within about 20 seconds. Once you use the Flamescythe you become a fire kitty and stay that way until you leave combat. Not only does this give you the cool big fire kitty look, but also maxes out your dps...you are getting the crit/mastery while you have the full agility stacked up.

I was really pumped about this weapon as a feral druid when I first heard about it. When I actually got it, it worked a bit differently than I expected. I would say it's a mix of good and bad things I have learned about it.
For feral dps: By itself, I actually find this weapon somewhat annoying. It is awesome while it is active; I kind of find it like a tol vir pot with a ramp up time which is also sort of aggravating for me. even though it lasts for 20 seconds, you really only get about 9 seconds of the full 10 stack, which is the time I would want to apply a beefed up agility and tiger's fury if it’s up rake and rip combo. This creates two problems for my play style.
1. I have to deal with the more powerful spell is active thing. Even though I do generally always wait until the last tick/ end of a rip to reapply another it can still cause some situational problems during encounters.
2. I need to reapply rip during the ramp up phase. Basically when this happens I am left with a few choices.
A. I can reapply it in the middle, and either try to rebuild a new 5 point rip and clip the old while the 10 stack is active.
B. Do the same as A, but simply let it ride at the lower damage tick.
C. If the gap is small enough lose a couple ticks and wait for the more powerful.
Fortunately though, there is one awesome scenario I think outweighs the cons. With the new Tier 2 piece

you can auto refresh a more powerful rip via ferocious bite the whole way past 60 percent when the weapon procs. If it’s a target I can tunnel I combo a tol vir pot too.
Feral tank: I was given information that this wep is bad for tanking, and it made sense since it has nothing but a proc and agility stam. However after trying it out, I absolutely love this wep for tanking. I dodge more, I do more damage and crit more so my savage defense absorbs even more, and on top of that being a giant bear is crazy fun.
Feral PVP: I was really disappointed personally. At first it was awesome jumping people and becoming a giant cat that did insane damage, but in longer games or situations where I needed to reapply rip on a moving target while I could, I was simply unable to and for me that is too big of a disadvantage to use this. The other thing that throws me off when I use this wep is the changes to my hit box which really surprised me but it definitely confused me at times when I first got used to this. It is a good wep but it just does not work for me in arenas, rbgs there is a bit more wiggle room and could work.
Misc info: I think I saw it mentioned but you become a giant flaming cat by starting with the flame staff, hitting something and then switch to the polearm. Mostly for fun on trash and stuff.

considering it's dropped by a final boss, it's awesome! But there is some bad parts with having it :P
1) it cannot be reforged (gives armor too but canot be reforged)
2) the proc has 50 sec internal cd
3) the proc lasts 20 sec by the first stack= the real buff with 10 stacks last 15 sec
4) when the first stack is on, the nexts comes without the needing to hit

You're going to think this is abso-freakin'-ridiculous. More than one resentful agil-user may even seek to downrate this comment, so let me say this: There was no Hunter or Druid in my raid today, so I ended up taking this weapon for mogging purposes on my Paladin. It would break my heart to vendor such a beautiful weapon! And, I'm banking on the hope that Blizz may bring back Strength polearms in Mists of Pandaria. I was using the LFR version of

So, just equipping Kiril boosts my crit from 7.5% to 10% even. With the stacking proc, my crit becomes barely shy of 20%. I also lose about 1K attack power -- since Agility does not give AP to Strength users -- while gaining 100 in the weapon's straight-up DPS rating. All told, I'm not really seeing a DPS decrease from using this polearm,
while it's still unenchanted with Landslide
. I certainly would NOT recommend any Retadins rolling on this item for any reason other than I did.
However?
It's awfully amusing, watching my Paladin become the Incredible Growing Woman while rolling through content. ;-)

Important notice for
DRUIDS
:
1. The proc
野兽之怒
will be removed when you shapeshift out of your cat/bear form and will be on ICD afterwards.
2. The augmented size of your character will persist through shapeshift into, let's say, flight form or run form. This will be removed after a few seconds.
3. The proc stacks with Bloodlust/Heroism, which will make you huge.

Speaking as a hunter I like the main stats but don't like the size increase tbh. The reason is that If you are at minimum range and you start to grow it does something to your range and the next thing you know you are meleeing the boss! (looking at you Zon'ozz)

ran the math on this. lets say 1ppm average of 5 minute fight
Spire of Coagulated Globules gives 193,800Agility
Kiril, Fury of Beasts Gives 193,200 Agility The proc adds 74225 with an average of 1ppm to give a total of 267,425
Now thats the average Agility from both weapons over a 5minute fight per second added up. This means with an average of 1ppm this weapon is better no questions asked for all agility class's

Okay, I've done some calculations (correct me if I'm wrong). If we calculate how much agi it gives for each separate second it's:
107*1+107*2+107*3+107*4+107*5+107*6+107*7+107*8+107*9+107*10+107*10*10=16585 agi (remember the last 10 seconds with full stacks).
Divide this by the full duration and you get 829,25 agi on average during the duration. Assuming the 60 seconds internal cd is correct and since the duration is 20 seconds it's active 1/3 of the time. This means that the average agility this staff gives is 829,25/3=276,42. This of course depends on the combat situation.
As a survival hunter 1 agi is about as good as 3 crit ratings, if my addons don't lie to me. This means that the buff this staff gives is worth about 829,25 permanent crit rating, which is quite good for the ilvl.
I personally doubted whether or not to need on this thing since I had already won

Does anyone know if the flaming kitty buff from equipping this transfers over if you transmog one of the MoP weapons with this? If so, it is BIS forever. If not... no reason for me to beg for DS runs anymore.

Since the raid finder version of this item is once again obtainable with the addition of the "Raid Finder Guardian" who allows you to solo queue up for Dragon Soul 25 Man Raid Finder version, I'd just like to point out one absurd detail...
As of 6.0.3, when looking at stats per item level, the raid finder version of this is substantially stronger than both its normal mode

Now I can understand that with the new stat squish, some pieces of gear will be incredibly similar in stat weights despite item level differences...
However, there is a 26 item level difference between the raid finder version, and the heroic version, and the raid finder version despite being a lower item level is actually stronger. Not by much. Only an additional minimum 1 to maximum 2 damage, but I just can't wrap my head around how that possibly happened. In fact, when compared with almost any Dragon Soul weapons in game, the lower the item level is actually STRONGER than its heroic mode counter-part.
I do understand that this is old and obsolete content. None of it really matters, but could it be that this is the starting of a much grander problem? Could it be the downfall of all of WoW as we know it? Is it a sign that old gear is going to rise up, as if to say, "I'VE HAD ENOUGH!" And try to take their rightful places back in your main-hand equipment tab?
Probably not... That's absurd!

For Fury Warriors - YES 2 Kiril do stack.
They proc separately, which seems odd but, I have both 25N and 25H versions so that might have something to do with it.

As someone who plays both druid and hunter, I will always maintain that this should have been a BEAR weapon. Lost rolls so many times to hunters and still salty lol. It makes no sense for hunters to want to appear larger; in fact appearing larger should = more threat. Tanks are the ones who are supposed to be trying to draw attention to themselves. DPS are supposed to avoid drawing threat (attention from mobs). I could see it as hunter item if it made PETS bigger lol. But this is all me trying to be logical with a silly cartoon game. :D
