I've crafted the back accessory using this item and it doesn't show on the list when I talk to abominations. I can't loot it second time either.

Contacted GMs, waiting for response.

updt: Basically I was told to report it as a bug and that's it. So, if you get the same bug just report it and hope they'll fix it in 2 years.

Found it in the House of Chosen zone in southern Maldraxxus in the underground zone of Molten Forge.

entrance /way 39.29, 74.67

Found the small cask next to two dancing NPCs /way 50.57 17.14

For those of us who do not use coordinates, the Molten Forge is located on the eastern side of the Ragebringer Terrace. It's a green building that goes underground (I'll add a screenshot). I found my cask in the room to the left when you enter. I found bringing Naxx and using her stealth was very helpful as a DK.

I located the object 空空的睡帽酒酒桶 but can't interact with it, even though it's lit up as if it should be interactable. Is there an associated quest I need? I don't see one linked there, here, on 空荡荡的睡帽酒酒桶, or on 工程背包.

Can someone help me out here? I have max Stitchyard and I still can't loot this, this is literally one of the very last things I need to 100% the fashion stuff.

I'm checking for this multiple times a day for like a week+ and haven't seen it up yet. It's insane how little info there is about the spawn time etc. Might update this later if I actually find something out.

Entrance to the Forge is right in the eastern corner of the second set of walls from the end. the keg was in the northwest room of the building/corridor/thing
