is a very tedious achievment. Before pulling look around the outside of the platform for a round circular quidditch goal hanging from the ceiling. (I hope the reference helps)
To get this achievement you must pick up an
折磨宝珠
, travel to the edge of the platform directly in front of the goal referenced, use your extra action button to toss the
折磨宝珠
perfectly through the whole.
Do not be fooled by the visual. If you sucsessfully tossed it, an emote will appear in chat "a goal has been scored". Once you've made three sucsessful goals, you can kill the boss.

I see a the achivement state seven goals, this is incorrect and should be changed to 3 goals as the ingame achivement states

When facing the boss, note the hanging hoop to the left (next to a hanging cage). This is what you'll need to throw three

through. You'll need to go to the edge of the platform to throw the orb.
Beware: Many times it will look like you threw it correctly, but didn't. The only time a goal is valid is when it flashes around the hoop and there's an emote in chat of "A goal has been scored".
Edit: There is now a second, swinging pendulum. You must shoot through both in order for it to be valid. My group found waiting for the apex of the swing, then counting to two worked best for the timing.
Do this three times, then kill the boss.

This is a pretty buggy, or very inconsistent, achievement. In about 23 orbs we only had a single one count. We tried having the person that scored it do it again, and tried all sorts of positioning for the shot to no avail. Good luck on getting it.

This was updated recently, not sure when. There is now a moving ring ontop of the previous which you need to time throwing the orbs through both.

Additional information from our raid yesterday:
We got the archivment in our sec. pull. The sec goal (I will name it pendolum) was there before, but not visible. You have to kick the balls through both, and as it is already stated a chat emote will appear.
The nearly best time to kick the ball is as soon as the pendulum reach the peak on the left or the right side.

Completed this tonight with our usual community run.
I had the fun job of tossing the orb through...
The Pendulum swinging orb doesn't show up til after the boss is pulled.
For the most part, it was just a case of timing it right.
Throwing when the pendulum is around the highest to left or right seemed to work... or just after when it begins to descend.
I did find that my 3rd and final goal looked like it hadn't passed through both, but still got goal credit emoted... so there is a little wiggle room for error it seems.

I did this solo on a Ret paladin at ilvl 437 on normal difficulty, and I wouldn't recommend it. Link to the boss mechanics here as a refresher.
This will be much easier solo in a future patch as you'd only need to worry about the knockbacks and scoring goals. Otherwise you have to work around the
苦难
debuff.
The knock backs to watch out for at
怨恨之握
and
怨毒
. You'll die if you get knocked off. Having a countdown for
怨恨之握
helped a lot.
怨毒
was easier to work with as it didn't impact trying to score much.
You can get an orb to throw by making the boss hit an Orb of Torment with a
苦难
cast. Link to the boss mechanics here as I forgot them myself.
Holding the orb will slow you down, but you can avoid this will anything that removes movement impairing effects (Blessing of Freedom etc).
I found it best to wait until the ring just starting swinging back the other way before shooting. The orb sometimes threw faster than I was expecting and I missed though.
Tracking the achievement was helpful, as if you lost count, as it'll turn white when you've met the criteria.
If you do want to attempt this in 10.1.7, or anytime where this fight isn't trivial, then these are my notes:
苦难
is the problem as it will stack until it one-shots, so it makes the achievement a bit time sensitive. Immunities don't stop it stacking or clear it, but do stop damage. I seemed to be able to clear the debuff by forcing him into
碎裂
when my debuff had around 10 seconds left and then getting some distance between us. He stays in the Shatter cast instead of recasting Suffering allowing it to drop off. Otherwise, he'll always reapply it just before it expires. Anything that reduces damage or boosts max HP helps a lot here as it's one big hit each time. I began to struggle at 7 stacks at 550k hp but managed to survive (barely) at 9 with right CD usage. Clearing the debuff once seemed to be enough, but I did manage to kill it without clearing. It was hectic towards the end though, as it was a race to kill him before he killed me. In retrospect, I think it would've been better to DPS him down a bit more before scoring goals to avoid stacks building high.
