1. Head to Marris Stead (it's a house) in Eastern Plaguelands.
*House symbol on map just North of the road after entering from Western Plaguelands.
2. Book can be found right next to the front doorway.
*Horde can walk right up but Alliance will have to be concerned with Nathanos Blightcaller, a level 62 Elite that serves the Horde.
*Nathanos has two elite plaguehounds with him as well.
**Rune can be looted by resurrecting inside the house and looting rune through the wall.

I just asked my wife, who plays a paladin, to aggro these three mobs and escape using invulnerability and lay on hands. I took the book and none of us died. Any other class can distract the mobs, but it will be more difficult for them to survive. In any case, you can find someone who will help you. Good luck to all!
