I got a Pergaminho da Reintegração from this.

I was level 9 at the time and the scroll dropped from somewhere in Tirisfal Glades.

Seems like what you get can be random. Wondering if different Scrolls have different odds for what they become.

The Scrolls seem to be split into two tiers (as of pre-Phase 2):
Tier 1:
Pergaminho: CWAL (operation CWAL)
Pergaminho: CARA LUTA WELLES (black sheep wall)
Pergaminho: PING MAIS BAIXO ALGUÉM (power overwhelming)
Pergaminho: KWYJIBO (?)

Tier 2:
Pergaminho: OMITIR KESA (?)
Pergaminho: POÇO VOCE (there is no cow level)
Pergaminho: ADUBIDIBE (?)
Pergaminho: LUAR VIGOROSO (?)

All of these scrolls can be deciphered by using a Patuá da Compreensão, which can be bought at any reagent vendor for 7s.
Phase 1:
The first tier can be deciphered into Pergaminho do Espírito, Pergaminho do Intelecto, Pergaminho do Vigor, Pergaminho de Proteção, Pergaminho de Força, Pergaminho de Agilidade, or rarely Pergaminho da Reintegração.
The second tier can be deciphered into Pergaminho da Reintegração, Pergaminho do Espírito II, Pergaminho de Proteção II, or rarely Pergaminho da Recuperação Arcana I, Pergaminho da Precisão Arcana I, Pergaminho da Proteção contra o Arcano - Fogo I, Pergaminho da Proteção contra o Arcano - Gelo I, or Pergaminho de Poder Arcano.
Pre-Phase 2:
The deciphering tables seem to have been updated.
Opening a bunch of tier 1 scrolls, I got a bunch of Pergaminho da Evocação Menor. I also got a Pergaminho da Compreensão.
Opening some tier 2 scrolls, I got one of the Pergaminho da Evocação Menor, a few Pergaminho da Compreensãos, some Pergaminho de Polimorfia: Melão Estranhos, and some Pergaminho de Passagem Liminars.
The rest of the tables from Phase 1 still seem to be possible, but less likely. I only opened a few stat scrolls.
This is extremely preliminary testing with a small number of scrolls prior to the full release of Phase 2.

Note: 4 of them seem to be references to specific cheat codes from SC 1, noted above in parentheses.
