The Scrolls seem to be split into two tiers (as of pre-Phase 2):
Tier 1:
(operation CWAL)
(black sheep wall)
(power overwhelming)

Tier 2:
(?)
(there is no cow level)

All of these scrolls can be deciphered by using a , which can be bought at any reagent vendor for 7s.
Phase 1:
The first tier can be deciphered into Scroll of Spirit, Scroll of Intellect, Scroll of Stamina, Scroll of Protection, Scroll of Strength, Scroll of Agility, or rarely .
The second tier can be deciphered into , Scroll of Spirit II, Scroll of Protection II, or rarely , , , , or .
Pre-Phase 2:
The deciphering tables seem to have been updated.
Opening a bunch of tier 1 scrolls, I got a bunch of . I also got a .
Opening some tier 2 scrolls, I got one of the , a few s, some s, and some s.
The rest of the tables from Phase 1 still seem to be possible, but less likely. I only opened a few stat scrolls.
This is extremely preliminary testing with a small number of scrolls prior to the full release of Phase 2.

Note: 4 of them seem to be references to specific cheat codes from SC 1, noted above in parentheses.

Got this scroll today from a Scroll: STHENIC LUNATE. Phase 2 of SoD starts tomorrow but there's already been new changes added since Tuesday it seems and this one might be new as well as I haven't seen it before.

This is a polymorph effect by mages. It turns the target into an exact replica of the Odd Melon. It does not wander or move around like a sheep. It just sits there until the polymorph breaks or expires.

Like every other scroll, this scroll is consumed on use.
