I got a Parchemin de réintégration from this.

I was level 9 at the time and the scroll dropped from somewhere in Tirisfal Glades.

Seems like what you get can be random. Wondering if different Scrolls have different odds for what they become.

The Scrolls seem to be split into two tiers (as of pre-Phase 2):
Tier 1:
Parchemin : FIGERF (operation CWAL)
Parchemin : CHAP BALK WELLES (black sheep wall)
Parchemin : LOWER PING WHOMEVER (power overwhelming)
Parchemin : KWYJIBO (?)

Tier 2:
Parchemin : OMIT KESA (?)
Parchemin : VOCE WELL (there is no cow level)
Parchemin : WUBBA WUBBA (?)
Parchemin : STHENIC LUNATE (?)

All of these scrolls can be deciphered by using a Charme de compréhension, which can be bought at any reagent vendor for 7s.
Phase 1:
The first tier can be deciphered into Parchemin d'esprit, Parchemin d'intelligence, Parchemin d'endurance, Parchemin de Protection, Parchemin de force, Parchemin d'Agilité, or rarely Parchemin de réintégration.
The second tier can be deciphered into Parchemin de réintégration, Parchemin d'Esprit II, Parchemin de Protection II, or rarely Parchemin de récupération arcanique I, Parchemin de précision des arcanes I, Parchemin de protection arcanique : feu I, Parchemin de protection arcanique : givre I, or Parchemin de pouvoir des Arcanes I.
Pre-Phase 2:
The deciphering tables seem to have been updated.
Opening a bunch of tier 1 scrolls, I got a bunch of Parchemin d’évocation mineure. I also got a Parchemin de compréhension.
Opening some tier 2 scrolls, I got one of the Parchemin d’évocation mineure, a few Parchemin de compréhensions, some Parchemin de métamorphose : melon étranges, and some Parchemin de passage liminals.
The rest of the tables from Phase 1 still seem to be possible, but less likely. I only opened a few stat scrolls.
This is extremely preliminary testing with a small number of scrolls prior to the full release of Phase 2.

Note: 4 of them seem to be references to specific cheat codes from SC 1, noted above in parentheses.
