While the skill level for this recipe is 425, it will not show up on the trainer until you are at 450 skill. Same for other Cataclysm recipes (they aren't available at the trainer until you are at a much higher level than their minimum listed skill).

Apparently Blizzard didn't anticipate that people would be leveling Leatherworking from scratch and assumed that everyone would be at 450 skill when they trained Illustrious level Leatherworking. Hopefully they fix this soon so that others weren't confused like I was.

Wowhead, battle.net, and other databases are currently WRONG about these new cata random enchants.

These 'elemental' named enchant types have FOUR STATS EACH, in order from highest to lowest:

Stamina
A 'core stat' ( Agi, Int, OR Str )
and a combo of TWO EQUAL RATINGS (or in a couple of cases, one rating and spirit)

So, as a rule of thumb, until it's fixed, you can automatically know that the one rating you see, like say 160 crit, the other rating will also be 160.
