She is at Temple of earth , there are two quest there after that you can talk to her

I have the same problem as Neosable. I presume that we must finish some Quests in Deepholme. Im working on a solution.

Pretty much if you started The Stone March chain and did not complete it you will probably not see Therazane at the Throne.

The Stone March > Questgiver west of Verlok Stand and north of Twilight Precipice
Therazane's Mercy > Seems to be the same
Word In Stone > Seems to be the same
Undying Twilight > Inside the Temple of Earth
The Binding > Seems to be the same

So if you can't see Therazane, and you're 110/110, try seeing if there are any quests either in the Temple of Earth or north of Twilight Precipice left.

The little trip through the ground reminded me of Bugs Bunny cartoons. Bugs would tunnel underneath and you could see the ground getting disturbed above him. So, here I am with Aggra and these bumps and dust are popping up on the ground and I'm laughing like a mad fool.

It seems I'm having the same problem as a lot of others. Accepted the quest "Into constant earth", and Aggra ported me to Deepholm. When I got there, Therazane was nowhere to be found. I have 110/110 quests completed in Deepholm, and also did a couple of other quests that I found in Twilight Precipice. Still nothing. Put a ticket in to Blizz, waited about 18 hours to get a response, and all they said was that if I continue to have a problem seeing Aggra to try the options below. Though it is not Aggra I'm having a problem seeing, it's Therazane. If anyone has any other suggestions, please let me know. This is getting very irritating, as I'm sure anyone else experiencing this issue can relate. Thanks.

This might help you guys and is from a GM.

In order to access the new Hyjal/Firelands questing area, or begin the Elemental Bonds epic questline surrounding Thrall, you must first complete the quest "Aessina's Miracle", offered by Nordu in Mount Hyjal. Unless you begin and complete this quest, you will be unable to access these new questing hubs or questlines.

Once you have completed these Mount Hyjal quests, additional areas will open up that will allow you to participate in the Firelands quests. Please note, at first, these quests do not actually take place in the Firelands; access to the Firelands itself will come later on with the completion of further daily quests. Once the quest "Calling for Reinforcements" is completed, an additional questline to open passage to the Firelands will occur.
If you abandoned one of the Elemental bonds quests please follow the instructions below.
If you have abandoned Elemental Bonds: Doubt you need to go back and talk to Cyclonas in the south of Uldum again.
If you have abandoned Elemental Bonds: Desire you need to return to Aggra at the Abyssal Breach in Vashj'ir.
If you have abandoned Into Constant Earth you need to return to Aggra at Therazane's Throne - you will need to have finished the quest line which opens up the Therazane dailies to be in the correct phasing.
If you have abandoned Elemental Bonds: Patience and/or Elemental Bonds: Fury you need to return to Aggra south from Twilight Precipice in Deepholm.

I had no trouble seeing Therazane. I completed travel quest.

I clicked on Aggra. At the instant I accepted the quest and before I could click on the "talk to me" bubble she disappeared, NOT taking me with her.

Any suggestions?

If you abandom the quest "Into Constant Earth" there is another way to pick it back up, fly to the middle of deepholm and take that portal back to your main city so you save your hearth (I have my hearth set to Stormwind), take the portal to Vash'jir, swim straight to the surface then fly to Abyssal Breach, swim all the way to the bottom and Aggra will be there waiting to give you the quest again, use your hearth to go back to your main city then take the portal to deepholm and fly to Therezane, now you can turn the quest in.

FYI: you DO NOT have to have the dailies open, I have only completed 12 out of 110 quests in deepholm and still completed the quest.

Well for me, i had the Into Constant Earth quest, but it was like i was hated, and i couldn't talk to her, i abandoned it hoping itd fix it, had to go all the way back to Vash'jir got the quest again and Aggra won't teleport me... is it me or is my questline bugged?

I was also there and Therazane would not talk to me - I went back to SW, then back to Deepholme and flew north back to Therazane, and this time she talked to me. Try that before dropping the quest.

Ran into this problem with the zone achievement completed. I had to complete up to The Stone Throne. After, I went back to Therazane's Throne and Aggra appeared again

If you disconnect during this quest you will not able to complete or turn in the quests. This is a known issue as noted in the 4.2.2 Known Issues post on the World of Warcraft Bug Report forum: (http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/3082032335).

If you drop a quest along the chain for some reason, go back to the last place you finished one and Aggra should be there, as she was for me, here in Vash.
