The complete list of minor rogue glyphs (as of today):
Vanish
Safe fall
Distract
Blurred speed
Pick pocket

You are allowed to have 3 minor glyphs and 3 major glyphs. Of these minor glyphs I believe the only ones that provide much use are vanish and blurred speed. The 3rd place would go to either safe fall or distract. Because of this it's pretty safe to say that all rogues will have those first two glyphs.

This glyph doesn't seem to be doing anything as of 19/10/08. After I put in the glyph and vanished I moved the same speed as usual. Anyone else having the same problem?

Quick question:

So this only works if you use Vanish, and does not work when you Stealth correct?

As of 11/27/08 this glyph still appears to be non-functional. Tested with and without Fleet Footed and Camo. I would run in a straight line in stealth with Vanish and when the buff fades I am still moving at the same speed.

In cata its is possible to become incredibly mobile as a rogue. https://www.cuckhead.com/cata/spell=14063# brings your stealth speed down to 85% normal speed add to this Rapidità di Movimento and you now have a stealth speed of 100% normal run speed. now comes the fun part, by stacking , Glifo Carbonizzato and Glifo Carbonizzato you can now have and lets put Glifo Carbonizzato in there too. with all this together you can remove all movement impairing effects vanish and run across the water at a top speed of 230% normal speed IN STEALTH ON WATER and when at this speed its improved stealth too, after a few seconds it drops down to 215% normal speed STILL IN STEALTH AND ON WATER. a rogue with all this can escape a bad situation with ease in both PvP and PvE (though the water part is not as useful in PvE) so if you are planing on doing PvP in cata or are leveling a new rogue in cata I highly recommend stacking this up as this with both save you in solo and PvP and also save repairs in instances because you can now flee at faster then epic ground mount speed anywhere in the world for a short time wile in stealth.

Half decent for a minor, I guess it could be useful for the "The fight has started but I forgot to put/put on the wrong poisons" situation.

Or on fights like Lich King if you are tasked with removing the enrages, after the phase ends you can change your poisons that little bit faster.
