Easy to find, easy to make. When questing in Outland, you are most likely to kill some Naga's at some point. The clam meat you get from them can be easily used to lvl up your cooking skill.

Good for use while grinding or questing, applies Well Fed.
Also useful for tanks in instances especially seeing as this or other 20stam20spirit varieties are cheap and easy to get.

Jaggal Clam Meat sells for 1s each or you can cook 2 of them and get a Clam Bar which sells for 1s 50c. A net loss of 50c.

I found this recipe (cooking 300) off of Mycah in Sporeggar, Zangarmarsh, 17,51 It cost 1 glowcap which can be found all around the area, so this is pretty much a free recipe.
as well as another recipe, Sporeling Snack that increases the spirit and stamina of your pet by 20 for 30 mins (req cooking of 310).

I run a lot of Coilfang instances, where these are found plentiful. A cheap and easy way to get +20 stamina food which I like (because +30 is way too difficult to get for me).
