I think the honor is way to much!

I love these legs, I just wish they would give a little more umph to it.

Compared to scales of the beast, a fairly common item among hunters until they get late game gear,

-2 agility
+20 stamina
-15 intellect
-32 attack power
+14 critical strike
+25 resilience

Don't get me wrong the improved stamina and resilience is amazing for pvp, but it's lacking -34 attack power compared to a blue, that you can pick up for around 30g

It just seems like at the minimum the legs should be giving +40 attack power, or maybe +35ish agility instead of the 28. The set is amazing, but at the same time when you throw on the full pvp set your losing a huge chunck of your attack power.

No. You don't need attack power in pvp. You need stam and crit and res. As long as you have SOME attack power and your crits are big enough to burst someone down your ok. Having 25-30% crit and over 10k HP is more important in pvp than having 2500AP. AP is important for raiding not so much for pvp.
