Weird, it seem both cooking recipe require Guild achievement now, the another one is Fishing

So you need to either placing lower level feast, buying feast from AH/other guild, achieving Fishing achievement first or using Barbecue from engineering to get this achievement

It's a pity that Bountiful Feasts don't contribute towards this. It was possible to prolong the duration of the feasts a bit and I still had a lot of them left at Cataclysm launch.

You can basically complete this by yourself just putting down any of the applicable feasts. You dont need to be in a guild group or anything. And if you're not concerned with waste feel free to decorate your home cities or something to your heart's content :P

My guild was only getting about 5 of these done a week, so me and two other guildies farmed it. The quickest to farm is the Great Feast, because all the required materials are readily available.The other farmeable feasts are the fishing feasts, which combines this and the That's A Lot of Bait Guild achievement.

The mammoths for Chunk o' Mammoth travel in large groups in the Borean tundra. The Howling fjords are full of Shoveltusk for Shoveltusk Flank. Worm Meat is the limiting factor, but there are caves in the storm peaks with decent drop and spawn rates. You won't get all the required Chilled Meat farming this, so you can try slaughtering the baby seals in howling fjord for it, or simply watch the AH for cheap batches of meat from lvling alts.

Sadly, you can not cover All of Stormwind/Oggrimar in feasts, as they tend to start disappearing pretty quickly.
