One of the nicest helms my Rogue has ever equipped (at least the toon doesn't look like it is wearing a ski mask getting ready to rob a 7-11).

There are two layers of feathers at the sides and rear, lighter on the sides, darker in the rear. There is also a "static electricity" effect that flashes around the helm, subtle but cool. Nice design job, Blizz!

This is mainly for a Rogue to Read. :D To clarify why I'm telling you to Reforge in the Post.
Goes Poison Cap (Hit: 1333 w/ 2/3 Precision)->Mastery->Haste->Crit. (Crit is our worst stat.)

This Helm is well to my knowledge is BiS for Rogues who are Assassination Spec (Yes I know if you're a 工程学 you can craft a 敏捷生物光学远望镜 and can put Cog Wheels with 断裂的齿轮 and 刚硬齿轮 or 迅捷齿轮 it is really what you want but I talking in a perspective that no one haves 工程学 Profession). Mastery is 2nd best stat for us and you can reforge the Crit into Haste or Hit. I would say Reforge to Hit because the Leather Helm you get from The Stonecore 无尽暗影之盔, your Hit will drop down significantly, so you're gonna to need to Reforge to regain your Poison Cap (Hit: 1333 w/ 2/3 Precision)

It is also your choice to keep 漫行者之盔 or go for the Tier 11 风舞者之帽 - It is nice with the 168 Hit, you can Reforge the Crit into Mastery and Reforge to try and regain the 228 Mastery you lost, also keep in mind because gaining this Hit from the T11 Helm you can reforge other items to gain more Mastery or Haste, you may need to buy a 刚硬海洋青玉 to try and gain once again your Poison Cap, or may not need to buy a 刚硬海洋青玉 if your Okay on your Poison Cap. (Also I'm saying only that Specific Gem because we all should have a 反光恶魔之眼 in our Blue Sockets.)

I personally would go for 风舞者之帽 . The the 4 Set Bonus Item - Rogue T11 4P Bonus seems nice, I know its a dumb 1% to proc but it is really nice to have a nifty 100% Crit Chance for your next Envenom. I haven't read how long is its Internal-Cooldown. I need to read more into it more unless someone can reply what is it's ICD.

Has a little flashy visual effect too. I don't care if it is bis or not. I'm happy with this on my bear. I reforged 90 mastery to dodge.

After checking and confirming these numbers to be accurate, I did a little spreadsheeting; EJ will confirm this in the theorycrafting thread, but in raw EP value, this is the THIRD most viable offset piece for assassination rogues (assuming an ilvl359 gear set and 4/5 T11 pieces).

The number one most viable offset piece is Wind Stalker Leggings (of the Zephyr) from Al'Akir in Throne of the Four Winds, while the second is Poison Protocol Pauldrons from Magmatron of the Omnotron Defense System in Blackwing Descent.

(Also I'm saying only that Specific Gem because we all should have a Glinting Demonseye in our Blue Sockets.)

Quick note: It is never a good idea to use a solid hit gem over an agi/hit gem. It is better to be under hit cap than to lose as much agility as you gain in hit.
