Чтобы сделать этот квест, необходимо воспользоваться Пульсирующим кристаллом жизни, получаемым с квестом.
Предмет можно использоваться только когда у Синдрагосы менее 20% жизни.
Использование предмета стакает на Синдрагосе Поток жизни, при этом стаки висят 10 секунд. Стаки общие, поэтому использовать заниматься квестом может как один человек, так и весь рейд. В 10-ке нужно иметь 30 стаков, в 25-ке 75 стаков, после чего на босса вешается бафф Спасение души и при убийстве она дропнет квестовый итем Хрустальная сущность Синдрагосы.

Делается легко, особенно если назначить ответственного на поддержание стаков.
P.s. Итем вешает один стак раз в 2 секунды, использование итэма чэннелиться 30 секунд.
Дальше можете сами посчитать, что в в интервал между глыбами на третьей фазе - 15 секунд, реально из которых без движения 10 секунд, 1 человек может сделать 5 стаков.

We got this in 10 man this week and it's a pain. Quest starts after you kill Valithria, and everyone can pick the item up. The pain part is that while Sindragosa in under 20%, in the middle of trying to burn her, manage buffet and tombs, and just not wipe, you've got to channel this item for a total of 30 seconds.

Each second of channeling per raid member stacks a charge. However, until you get up to 30, the stack has only a couple seconds before it falls off if no raid member is channeling at the time. Best option seemed to be the tank currently dropping his/her buffet stacks channeling whenever they can, and dps throwing a second or two in from time to time, but this quest looks to be the worst out of the bunch at the moment.

The previous comment is inaccurate. Once she gets enough stacks, she gets a new buff that doesn't need to be refreshed, making this weekly way less harsh than it sounds above.

Completed today in 10ppl raid.
We collect stacks on Sindragosa when hide behind ice blocks to skip stacks of debuf and when smbd wait for fall down stacks of unstable magic.

As to me if you could kill Sindragosa in normal mode, you also could kill her with completing this quest.

In order to complete this quest, you need to have multiple people using their Pulsing Life Crystal. (obtained from Valithria Dreamwalker for the random raid weekly) Having multiple people using the quest item, will make the buff Life Infusion stack faster. You CAN have one person do it, but it will go faster the more people that do it. You need to get 30 stacks on her in 10-player, and 75 stacks for the 25-player encounter. She will do an emote when she hits 20% life, and only after that are you allowed to use the item. You have 10 seconds for someone in the raid to use the Pulsing Life Crystal before the entire stack of buffs falls off. If your stacks of Mystic Buffet start to get high, you can hide behind a frost pillar until they drop. But be careful, as you can have the entire stack drop if your raid isn't careful about managing it. Sindragosa gains the buff Soul Preservation once the correct number of stacks are attained.
Once you complete the quest, you need to head to the top of Wyrmrest Temple in Dragonblight to turn it in.

The quest is turned in to Kalecgos at Wyrmrest Temple, not Valithria.

I don't know what the hell WoWhead is talking about, but the gold reward for this quest isn't 56g6s. it's 29g60s.

[Take this Life Crystal, and have your companions take one as well. It contains potent energies from the verdant Dragonshrine in Dragonblight, and it was my own secret to resisting the dark magics of this place for so long.

When you face Sindragosa, battle her until she is weakened, and then have your companions use these Crystals to coax out the essence that is dormant within her. If you then defeat her, you should be able to recover it and return it to Wyrmrest Temple in Dragonblight.]
