By Top 15 do you mean Rank 15? Because those are two very, very different things.
I ask myself the same question when I try to do arenas in WoW.
Overload might as well be renamed tempo loss. I agree that there needs to be more synergy with overload, and in particular a viable 1-drop. All Dragon Priest really needed to become viable was a 1 and 2 drop in Twilight Whelp and Wymrest Agent.Maybe a 1 mana 2/1 which gains +1 health for every every card with overload played? Unbound Elemental is a nice card in theory but I rarely seem to get any value out of it (probably because I only have one 4 mana card with overload and I often seem to be going into turn 3 overloaded.Shaman was my favourite hero when I started for all of about a couple of weeks. Hopefully it can find a viable deck somewhere.
Tis true. How I loved my Mech Shaman. Peace.
Oh yay, another video...
Instead of Nerfing a single card and killing one deck (I konwo Patron can be sa pain, but it wasn't necesary to shut it down completely) they could fix Shaman to make it a competitive scene. I thugh on something: Why changing Overload to: Overload X: Youe next card cost X more and Making Lava shock get rid of the increade price.Looks Like Blizzard either hates Shaman or don't have a single idea of what to do with it.
How about make it summon TWO different totems then, like it should've from the start.

In my opinion, Shaman's biggest weakness by far is its lack of a good 1-drop. Every other class has something good in the 1-mana slot. Northshire Cleric, Voidwalker, Mana Wyrm, Webspinner, Living Roots, Pally Secrets... even Rogue and Warrior have Buccaneer and Warbot. Whereas Shaman only has the (completely worthless) Dust Devil and has to rely on inferior neutral cards for 1-drops. Which is really bad for a class with so many "winmore" cards that demand you get board control early on.I think whichever Shaman mechanic gets a 1-drop added to its arsenal will likely define the dominant Shaman archetype and make Shaman viable again. Like a 1/2 totem with battlecry: gain 1-2 attack for totem shaman, a 2/1 that gains +1 health for every overload card played (like BigJonnyD above me suggested) for a midrange overload-synergy shaman, or maybe a simple 1/3 with windfury for aggro/midrange shaman.Regardless, I'm definitely hoping Shaman gets a good 1-drop in the coming adventure, RNGesus knows they need all the help they can get.
