Horrible
well talk about $%^&mog
Remember, we gave up class tier sets for these.
I enjoy the change, while some may not like the design of Uldir and its armor, future raids may appeal to people more. One of the raid tiers is guaranteed to have Azshara in it, and some highborne/old god themed armor is something I am looking forward to. Class armor was getting overdone, there's only so many ways to make "Generic golden paladin set", or "average deathdude26 set #5".
Unfortunate to see so much negativity towards these (and similar) designs. It feels as tho I'm of a small few who liked the Trial of Valor sets, and now these too.I'm looking forward to the Cloth set mostly. Yeah its, intentionally, a bit generic. Doesn't scream a class, but as someone who can't stand the 'dress' look on any Race/Gender, and always wears pants, I really love the big plates along the leg. It feels like I'll finally have the 'Battle' Mage/Priest look. I think the other Armor types can be worked into existing sets, as they are generic enough to make a Mog feel unique when combined. Perhaps having mained a Hunter since I was a child, and strongly disliking most if not all Mail sets has pre-disposed me to appreciating these simple designs? (might help that my favorite color is Brown, which these all have a bit of heh)
I really hate that they are not giving Outlaw the iconic sabers/swords. I would kill for a pair of cutlasses for my rogue and not fist weapons mogged to my damn artifact appearances.
I dunno, I think that helm could be useful for a lot of sets
"Uldir is the first raid without class-specific tier sets and bonuses." I don't think this is entirely true, as Highmaul in WoD, and Emerald Nightmare in Legion, didn't have tier gear either. It's actually normal to not have tier for the first raid of each expansion, with the last time we had tier sets in an opening raid being MoP in 2012. Of course that doesn't change the fact that we won't have traditional tier sets for the rest of the raids this expac, however so far it's been the same as the last two expansions. I'm surprised the WoW team hasn't touched on this point a little more, seeing as though community perception is that we're supposed to have tier sets on our characters at the start of an expansion.
Uldir weapons look really cool, the armors on the other hand look extremely bad imho. That stone-mayan-like thing really doesn't make you go any kind of "woah".
Wow! Those are the worst boomy Azerite traits :|
kultirans when ?
I hope that there will be no further sets,i hate mythic raiding
Remember, intead of 12 sets there are only 4 sets now. 4 sets like these :/ *WoD waves*
Plate and Cloth look decent.Weapons I'm practically in love with, TOO DAMN LONG since we got techy-looking weapons.I don't know, I think I'm gonna like Uldir :)
I hope the future sets look better these look boring as all to me.
