Oh neat. What exactly is that Expeditionary armor?
Y'know, I think it would be cool to actually have a reason to go to class trainers again. I think it would actually be nice to have to go and learn your new abilities as you level up. Although, that may not work super well with the vision Blizzard has for the new leveling experiences. Still, I think it would be nice to have the class trainers do something.
Quite some effort... for useless NPCs :\
hopefully they updated the other faction capitals and really wondering can we go see the ruins of teldrassil or is there still smoke and is undercity stil lblighted?....
An interesting change! But it's a pity class trainers don't do much at all nowadays. From training and serving as a gold sink, to training multi-spec, to only resetting talents, to... Sending you to the MoP Proving Grounds?Very cool looking, though!
What is the expeditiary vendor?
This is a bad change. Concentrating all the class trainers in one place removes the whole reason several building even exist in boths cities. This would completely invalidate the Mage Tower if it hadn't just been updated with portals. I guess since the trainers don't do anything anyway, they can just leave the originals out and about too, but this was the "we don't use magic" building in Stormwind with the warrior and hunter trainers there, so adding everyone else is still removing a flavor.
They look like class halls in miniature, so cute 😍😍
I really hope that Silver Hand banner in Org isn't final and is eventually replaced by a Blood Knight one or something. Or Blizzard needs to at least make up their mind on whether or not the Silver Hand is back to being an Alliance organization considering the Stormgarde warfront.
The Silver hand banner in Orgrimmar? Blizz retconned the Forsaken and Teldrassil and now they're retconning that Horde paladins quit the SH in BfA? they also forgot the Blood knights have their own flag. Blizz keep butchering their own game's Lore.
See I love stuff like this. Little updates that add extra flavor to buildings! Big fan of them now instead them just being... kinda there.
Seriously? You just put all class trainers with their stylistics in one forgotten house? Shadowlands wanna give players some old vanilla atmosphere and we have this? Maybe it could be better to change interiers or exteriers near their standart living place? Or, idk, at least reboot city vendors for being usefull again? So thats a realy bad idea. Maybe blizzard dont have enough resources for cities retexture and remake but we waiting this first of all. Or at least npc reboot. Hope i will not see this all-class house in realise version
It's nice to see that these are getting some love, but all the high-res stuff in a low-res buildings seems bit odd. Hope they do a proper reskin of all the older stuff at some point.
Personally, it's neat touch and a neat idea, if they serve a purpose of training our characters that is, what would have made this a better idea is if the areas in which these trainers are located, were updated, with the exception of mages and their portal room, with perhaps other trainers in the open world deciding to "lend" their aid by traveling to Stormwind or Orgrimmar. Also as a side bar, if Blizzard added specialized training for our characters in some way, anything that changes an ability and in essence our rotation perhaps? They could incorporate a flavorful class quest to find a way to "improve" an ability and they get taught how to use it or something.
I have a dream that they will revamp Stormwing and (especially) Orgrimmar. They are sooooo outdated. And would be nice to see some better architecture in Orgrimmar than spiked huts..
