Expansion still planned to release in 2020.

Leaving a Covenant is not difficult, rejoining an abandoned Covenant is the hard part.

The datamined Jailer picture is the actual model of the Jailer.

Sylvanas's new Armor is basically her joining a Maw Covenant.

You can only equip one Legendary at a time.

The Maw raid set is transmog from Legendaries. You won't be able to get it all in 9.0 but over the course of the expansion.

Blue-eyed Blood Elves are not planned to be character customization, just textures for NPCs.

For the interview content, it is not bad but i feel like it is mostly just about future story, which we already know won't be answered since Ion won't spoil the story. I feel like she could ask more question about gameplay,class change and covenant system. Maybe more question the how the level squish and everything surrounding it will work. Edit: I said this before they edited the answer to include "Azerite Armor taught them some lessons about how Hardcore players will continue to pay an increasing cost even though it was intended to ward them off at some point." This doesn't seem like a great solution... They knew that Bwonsamdi originally wasn't going to play a big role in Shadowlands, but people were excited about his character in BFA so they decided to bring him more to the frontlines in Shadowlands.

Ok then...Comment by lenastusIon just missed a big opportunity to calm down the ''high elf'' debate. The high elf thread were already slowing down.

By not wanting to piss of any side by giving any side blue eye. So instead of having one side pissed, they make them continue to hope even if they hav clearly no intention to do it. They basically want to keep the ''alliance high elf'' fan subscribing by making their hope for something they will never have.

Blue eye blood elf would have let the debate way more down and could have let the people that wanted high elf leave instead of continuing to play for something that they will never have.
