What is Toxic card?
A Toxin card is the five cards below Xaril on this page. You gain one of these (choosen at random) upon playing Xaril and when he dies.
Xaril look like a great adition in almost all Rogue Decks, and about the new warrior weapon, yeah, it look good but i wanted Xal'Athot, Desecrated image of GoreHowl, wel, maybe for other expansion.
The warrior card is for face warrior, when the match goes for long.. infinite hits.. like the hunter hero power.. spending 5 mana on 4 dmg over 2 turns is not bad if your deck is purely made of 4 or less cost cards.. then.. 5 mana is nothing.. cause you can spend that much mana.. and if youre on turn 10, lets say, you can play this a minion for 3 or less mana and armor up to keep you alive..The card is bad... but its pointed to one archetype..
Xaril is a new and improved version of Toshley.. I like it.. :)
If we're getting Xaril, perhaps we'll be getting more of the Paragons.
This is disgraceful. Warrior will never get a good weapon again.
Upgraded spare parts!
Toxic cards have nice synergy with Gazlowe, but Xaril is not a mech, but then again neither is Toshley. I'm still not convinced anyone will ever dust off their Gazlowe and put him in their deck any time soon...if everyone didn't dust him already. It would likely never climb ladder ranks anyway, but it might be worth trying it in a 'just-for-fun' deck.Overall, it's not a bad addition to the Whimper of the False gods card set.
On the contrary, this card is excellent. It provides the advantage that spare parts did to a higher degree, and the toxins can be used to trigger combo effects easily. Don't forget that it can be played with N'zoth!
The rogue card is slow but good.I think the stealth and return to hand toxins are the least useful, but it depends on the deck. And the warror weapon is just bad.5 mana for 4 damage over two turns, potentially combined with face damage is really sub-optimal.This card needs other cardsto make it better, but like this ?This is not a Doomhammer and it's also far from an Assasins blade as well.Unless there are other cards that support this, I dont see it beeing useful. And even if it gets support, this card is so weak on it's own that I wouldnt want to build a deck around it.
The weapon should be at most 4 mana, so you can actually keep playing it and not have to decide between playing a crappy weapon and playing a useful minion.
