They really need to put in place some kind of in game advertising for when the stream is live. I'm not so interested that I'd go out of my way to figure out when the stream is live in my time zone, but on the extremely rare occasion that it's advertised on the launcher I'll tune in.
I was skeptical when they announced this. I didn't think I would enjoy watching it that much.Boy was I wrong. It was so fun to watch, the competition, the skips, the pulls, seeing how the best in the world do mythic+. Seeing how each team worked with affixes was not only entertaining but educational as a WoW player. I learned a lot and it was exciting to watch.Watching Free Marsy comeback from 2-0, and win it was great. Some of those matches were down to a few seconds difference; had me so hyped. The sportscasting was great, <3 Sloot. Honestly it was the best thing Esports on Twitch I ever watched.I can only hope blizzard does more to back this format. I think it could create a series of competition into the game that hasn't really been there before. Also draw many newer gamers into the game that haven't really tried it before. But seriously... nerf SotT already.... overtuned much?
I was personally excited to see Seat of the Triumvirate guide traffic spike in the middle of the wipefest. I think Blizz even RTed my guide announcement!
They should fix their bugs first so that something like this Grand Final can't happen again. Was disgusting to see Honestly lose, especially on HoV but Upper Karazhan seems iffy to me still as the stream fullscreened Honestly for some time and Marsy didn't have to do the bridge again - where they skipped mobs like Honestly did. And the release bug (or the streamer being in combat but how does that influence releasing outside of a boss fight) doesn't seem to be new, so blizzard should have had a backup plan for that - like faster GM rezzes.
Just dominated by all kinds of druids..they made this class so overpowered in Legion.
