N'Zoth is now right where he belongs :P
Xal’atath in a ringmaster outfit when?
Kiri? Our little Kenku has grown up y'all. D:
Oh no, corruption has made it to Hearthstone! IT'S SPREADING!
Blizzard can't decide if Worgen should or shouldn't have tails, but there they are, the Worgen on the main art for the expansion sporting one. Come on Blizz, just put it in WoW.
I'd come to check if anything new was posted, and I sat through the video. I'm normally in the Dark when it comes to Hearthstone, but it's been many Moons since I saw something announced with this level of forced enthusiasm. Fairely cringe, even. It's amusing how they keep such a focus on corruption though, since everyone hated that in WoW.I'm only interested in the card art though. Corruption mechanic sounds just as annoying as it was in WoW.
I don't play Heathstone but I always admire the art direction.
It is, in fact. Hearthstone is massively inspired from WoW, but it has its own universe. For instance, Ragnaros can be a Light Lord in HS, while it never was in WoW. Same for Scholomance Academy, I'm pretty sure the WoW writters never thought about that one... ^^
Hope they use this to expand more on the Darkmoon Faire's dark, bizarre & mysterious history, and the mysteriousness of the strange island. (and put it in WoW!) I've always been so interested. Though I guess knowing would kill a bit of the suspenseful, mysterious, eerie vibe of the place. I've always thought Silas Darkmoon has something to do with the Old Gods.
i always buy the pre-purchase bundles and never play the game. i guess i'm a goblin that loves losing gold
It's a shame that Hearthstone has given the Old Gods more love than WoW, but I'll take what I can get. Can't wait to see Yogg-Saron unleash chaos upon the world once again. Best damn Old God. <3
It's a Worgereen in his Greatest Showman outfit!
Well I know hearthstone lore isnt canon but id like to think this confirms what we all thought for many years, that the darkmoon fair has huge Old god influence
This makes me think that we didn't actually kill N'Zoth in Ny'alotha but instead that the Darkmoon Island is Ny'alotha like most people who have theories about the island would think. Idk if it is cannon but would be cool if it was. :)
